Our DIY balloon garland kit comes with all of the tools you need to create a fabulous balloon garland for your next holiday event. Not all kits come with 17" please refer to color chart in photos. Design times are approximate & may vary for each person. Garlands can be made 24 hours in advance (storing indoors). SHIPPING & LEAD TIME: All orders will be packaged & dropped at the post office within 2-4 business days. We use USPS for all of our parcel, orders are shipped First Class mail. First Class mail includes a tracking number & is quoted 3-5 business days for delivery. We do offer upgraded shipping for an additional cost. READ ME: +5" balloons do not float with helium. +None of the props in the photo are included. +Command hooks may peel wallpaper & paint. Please use with caution. A hairdryer can be used to melt the adhesive for easier removal. +Glue dots will peel wall paint & wallpaper; these are only to be used to secure balloon to balloon.
