Exposure to direct sunlight, inclement weather, humidity will damage the face of the clock, as well as the movement. We cannot accept returns for clocks that are kept outside & ruined by the weather. Each of these large wall clocks is custom made to order, even if your name is not put on them. But we really like happy customers.
