If your item arrives broken, it is the responsibility of you, the buyer, to file a claim to the USPS. Due to a recent policy change with the USPS, the damaged box must be presented to a representative at your local post office to verify damage. My previous policies were to file the claim myself & refund the order. Unfortunately, the USPS has made that impossible for me.
