Dallas boasts a majestic crop of modern & post-modern architecture in the downtown area, built mostly after the oil boom, with a variety of buildings across the 19th & 20th centuries, many listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The map-drawing includes Downtown, Trinity River & Greenbelt Park, Uptown, Love Field Airport, Glencoe & Lower Greenville. Greenway Park, Park Cities & Northeast Dallas are also included as far north as Lovers Lane, as well as West Dallas just east of N. Hampton Road. This is a PRINT. My hand-drawn map lines are turned white over my "Urban Fabric" painting, "EARTH" - a layering of many hand-painted & drawn marks in watercolor, handmade pigment & graphite. Earthy pinks, gold, rich warm browns in brush strokes with graphite marks. Please write me if you're interested in a different color way!
