This length of cotton does not have the printed selvage with the name on it, but I have had other pieces of this fabric before, & it's a Paul Dumas printed fabric! Paul Dumas was a Parisian textile designer who was active in the early to mid 1900s. This piece dates to the 1940s. The fabric is a medium weight aged white cotton & the floral print is in muted shades of dusty pinks, blues, butter yellow, light purple & emerald & leaf green. This fabric would be wonderful for so many different projects - it would make beautiful pillows, lampshades, or a curtain! It's a lovely fabric that would be perfect for so many wonderful sewing projects! I have another textile in this lovely fabric here: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1159154584/vintage-paul-dumas-valance-french-cotton MEASUREMENTS: I'm selling this wonderful piece BY THE HALF, so each purchase is for a length that measures approximately 41 inches long by 43 inches wide ~ should you wish to purchase the full continuous length, simply add to your cart & change the quantity button to 2 & you will receive one long piece measuring 82 inches long by 41 inches wide CONDITION: I have kept this lovely fabric in as found, unwashed condition but it can be machine washed & tumbled dry! There is a seam running the length of this piece, & there is a hem running the width near one end. There are a few very faint marks on this piece.
