Enhydro Phantom Smoky Amethyst from the Mwana Lubaba Mine in Zambia. Locale: Mwana Lubaba Mine, Zambia Terminated: Yes Weight: 15.1 grams Size: ~38 mm tall I count THREE enhydro bubbles in this crystal! One is a smaller size but jumps around a lot in a triangular chamber. Another is similar & next to it, but in a long straight chamber. The other is a big guy that I can't get to move. This specimen is a beautiful deep smoky purple color with incredible luster & a rare scepter stem. This specimen is nicely terminated. Zambian amethyst has similar coloration & formations to the more well known amethyst from Brandberg, Namibia, despite being ~2000 miles apart from each other.
