They make super unique gifts too! PLEASE READ SIZE INFO: All collars are adjustable. To select the correct size collar, take a measurement of the dog's neck with a snug, fabric tape measure. Then add 2 inches. For example, if the measurement reads 11 inches, add 2 inches for a total of 13 inches. That means you would choose a medium size. Collar Sizes: Extra large: 26-32 inches in length - 1 inch wide Large: 16-26 inches in length - 1 inch wide Medium: 12-17 inches in length - 3/4 inch wide. NOTE: Medium can also be made in 1 inch width. Because of its strength & resistance to moisture, polyester is commonly used to make products such as automobile seat belts & performance wear. The tensile strength is comparable to nylon collars of the same width & thickness. Polyester has the added benefit of being hydrophobic, meaning that it resists water absorption. This feature makes is more resistant to mold, mildew, & decay. Colors: The colors in these beautiful collars & leashes are infused directly & permanently into the fabric using a high-temperature process called dye-sublimation. This process allows the brilliant, colorfast designs to last for years without ever washing out or scratching off. Some fading will occur over a long period of time (years). Hardware: We use only high quality Weinerlock® brand buckles made by the Duraflex Corporation. We also use heavy gauge d-rings which are welded closed making the collars more secure. Many inferior dog collars skip this step which causes a safety concern when dealing with a strong dog or a persistent puller. Also included on our collars are a sturdy strap lock to easily & securely adjust the collar for the best fit, & a strap keeper to keep double layers of strap from separating.
