This mini spring/Easter banner is made using scrap pieces of ribbon. The pieces measure around 2 1/2 inches wide & about 3 inches tall. There is a piece of bakers twine that is used to hang the pennants. The twine measures about 4 feet. The 8 pennants are adjustable allowing to be used in many ways. There are 4 different types of ribbon used giving a fun addition to any spring decor. This banner would be perfect on a small shelf, a mantle, the corner of a picture or a mirror, or add a few to a Easter tree!
