We cannot provide any more information on its location or estimated delivery day than what is provided with the tracking number. - If the tracking shows that the item has been delivered, but it's nowhere to be found: 1. Wait a couple of days to see if it shows up 2. Check with your neighbors 3. Check with your local post office to see if they're holding it for some reason OR if they can give you the GPS coordinates for where the package was scanned as delivered 4. Make sure that you provide a safe place for the package to be delivered - porch piracy is a serious problem. - Unfortunately, if an item has been marked as delivered, Riverview Fabrics is unable to issue a refund. ~ International Shipments ~ - International shipments can take a while, as long as two months or more. However, most seem to arrive within a month. - International orders are now shipped with insurance. If your item does not arrive within 40 days, please let us know so that we can file a claim & get a refund issued to you. - If your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging & item & send them to Riverview Fabrics in a message on Etsy so that we file a claim. Please keep the package as received until the claim is filed. - Sometimes the tracking stops updating once the shipment leaves the US. Please be patient while it gets transferred to your local post office for final delivery.
