Customers are considered to have read & accepted this condition by purchasing - there will be no refunds provided if you refuse to pay the 3 ply upgrade cost & insist your 1 ply flag must read correctly on both sides, & by upgrading, customer accepts all responsibility if the flag tears apart. They are redraw items, existing on descriptions for internal algorithms & so customers can use them for vector / design fees.
