Vintage 1960s brown velvet & sequin ballgown size small velvet top with voluminous skirt covered in sequins full bottom gold ribbon trim bursts of colorful sequins Made by Saks Fifth Avenue, The tag states it was made for a L Rockefeller on 12/1/61 this is a stunning piece with some issues, there is an applique added to cover sequins missing & has been restored to the best of our ability this has been dry cleaned but the underskirt is stained there is a tulle like ruffle underneath that adds volume this is custom made so there isn't a sizing This is sheer to about the knee, I think there is one lining missing & there is damage to current lining in place see photos, my mannequin is a size 8 & the dress is a bit snug zippered back hook & eye closure at the back waist Measurements length of the top velvet section; 16.5 waist 15 full length: 40 underskirt measurements: length : 36 hips: 17 Measurements are taken flat Measurements: please allow a little extra room for comfortable fit & ease of movement These measurements are a guide.
