This fun tutu set is made in a rainbow color combo, & it comes with a matching top, shoulder bows, & hair bow clip. All bows are on clips so they are removable. The tutu is sewn onto an elastic waist band which allows it to stretch a couple of inches if needed to. It can be made in any color requested. It comes in sizes from baby to 6/6x with the top in black as shown. However, I have other tops in white, pink, dark pink, blue & green if buyer desires another color. Convo before purchase to make sure your color & size is in stock. A birthday number can be added inside one of the Guitars in a color to make it stand out.
