It was also called the Tangka Gabon, & Dakar-Po (white) Tangka. This one is in very fine condition, & dates from 1895-1909. On one side are written the Tibetan words: "Dga ldan pho brang pyud las rnam rgyal" which means: "From the seat of the government, Victorious in all directions". The obverse has the Eight Lucky Symbols of Buddhism, or the Astamangala. Diameter: 27.6mm Thickness:1.1mm All our crafts are directly handmade from Tibet.
