This set includes the diaper cover made of cotton in Nascar theme print. It is fully lined & has elastic waist & legs. The adjustable suspenders are a black & white nascar check with two clips on the front & two on the back. The hat is make of the blue Nascar fabric & is lined with solid black with a black button on the top. The hats are sized accordingly with the size of outfit ordered. The placement of the Nascar print will vary on each outfit, & will not be exactly like the picture. Please do not leave baby un-attended with the outfit and/or hat, as there are small pieces that could be pulled off & pose a choking hazard. Diaper cover sizes measure as follows...
