It's eco friendly & biodegradable, unlike PVC backed ones which are very common on the market. To make it greener we use cling films to pack from recycled materials, & our efforts to making it greener is ongoing! The mats will deliver in rolls & for faster flat standing you can reverse roll & hold it for a while when you unpack. Since we use all natural coir on our doormats, think of it like natural wood, slight color changes, holes, harder or gathered fibers may be present, & this is a sign that shows it's 100% natural & also this cannot be a reason for return.
