The 16 x 20 inch print is a 14 x 18 map & title text. This item is a print on paper. It will arrive in a sturdy cardboard mailing tube. The frame in the listing image is just for example purposes & is not included. All of my prints are in standard sizes. Frames can be easily & inexpensively purchased at most department & craft stores.
