Singer Graduate #TRM 240389 vintage 1965 is in great working & cosmetic condition.This is a great machine that I have had for awhile that I have always loved how it writes but the feed rollers was not dependable advancing the paper. I recently found something to repair that issue making this a great writing & dependable machine. This is branded Singer as in the sewing machine company but is basically a Remington Travel Riter, made in the Dutch factory that made other Remington models. Singer sold under their name many typewriters made by other typewriter companies.As mentioned before this is a great writing machine as evidenced by the typing example.It is full function although the tab system is not dependable in clearing tabs, however unless tab is greatly important to you this can be used as a more basic machine like the mega millions made with no tab at all.I have many listed & will be listing a Remington similar to this with tab again if that matters.Cosmetically there is some flacking finish but is generally a pleasing machine in that regard . It has very nice snappy action & a very nice touch, There is a good ribbon in place.The case is rather interesting & functional including zippers there is some lining inside top that is absent but could be replaced with contact material of your choice, cool case.
