Shipping Details (applicable to both Domestic & International orders) There are 2 shipping options: Standard Shipping & Shipping + Insurance. Standard Shipping covers the cost of shipping from me to you. As soon as a label has been printed & registered as being received by USPS, my job is done. After that, it'll be your responsibility to contact USPS/your local post office about the location of your order. Please do not contact me regarding the status of your order or it's whereabouts. If you purchase Shipping + Insurance, I will purchase shipping insurance for your order when I print your shipping label. That means that if your item is lost somewhere in transit, after 6 weeks, I can file a claim with USPS & be reimbursed for the lost item. After I've been reimbursed, I can send out a new order. Please note: shipping insurance DOES NOT cover orders that have been marked delivered! If your item is marked delivered, it's been delivered according to USPS, which means I cannot be reimbursed. You will have to contact your local post office to file a complaint. If you're not okay with any of these stipulations, please do not purchase from my shop.
