You will receive: One 3 oz jar Magnolia Design Company Ruby Red INK Magnolia Design Co Inks go great with our stencils! Perfect for using to add a silkscreen design to all of your fabric, ceramic, glass, & metal surface projects. The product must be HEAT SET for permanent use, please read the instructions below. 1) FABRICS can be permanently set following these directions for fabric: HOUSEHOLD IRON - For inked designs on fabrics only, heat set with a medium iron, using parchment paper as a barrier (top & bottom of the project). Heat for a minimum of 4 minutes per side. Move the iron in small circular motions across the design. If you've got a HEAT PRESS - Set at 300 degrees & place parchment paper over the inked item. Press it for 30 seconds on each side. 2) OVEN SAFE SURFACES- Heat set oven-tolerant surfaces (the "non-food" side of surfaces like mugs, bowls, etc.) by placing in a cold oven, heat to 350oF leave for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, turn the oven off & let the item cool while inside the oven. Does not heat set chalk paint. Please do not use where food or drink will come in contact with the ink as it is not food-safe. CLEAN: Wash your stencil immediately after use with cool water, gently wiping the paste or ink away with the stencil cleaner. Do not allow the stencil to soak in standing water for a long period of time, as it may remove the stickiness on the back. Some staining may occur, but will not affect the performance of the stencil.
