This violet cloak is created out of layers of purple tulle. The tulle is lightweight & is meant to flow behind you for a dramatic effect. It is 100 inches from the neck to the hem. This cloak has a black ribbon tie at the neck. I can shorten for free if needed. It is for both men & women & fits most sizes. All of my cloaks are ready to ship.
