Using a "Peloton alternative" stationary exercise bike & want to know your estimated resistance? Significantly improve your exercise results with better resistance control. Lightweight plastic, colorful & tough, the RPedal attaches easily with included zip-ties or rubber bands to most stationary exercise bikes. How it works: nine rotations of the bike resistance knob translate to one rotation of the RPedal indicator disk.The large dial provides visual resistance gauge from zero to 100%, with 9 visible marks between each number. When instructors say "add 3 to 5" or "resistance 25-35" you can see it! Look forward to riding, get better results, & have more fun during your workouts! Easily adjustable as your level of fitness increases. Designed for Schwinn Performance Plus, Schwinn AC Performance, & Schwinn IC3 / IC7 bikes (please select your model from the drop-down list). Will work on other bikes with resistance knob between rider & the handlebars & requiring 7-9 rotations of the resistance knob to increase from zero to maximum resistance.
