This high quality dog or cat collar is made with Kona Ultra cotton. Help your fuzzy friends cheer on the Owls! Colors include blue & white. This pet collar is adjustable & available in a variety of widths & lengths. These are made of sturdy Kona cotton Ultra fabric, every width will look slightly different. A quick drying heavy interfacing core is used for collar durability. The collar is washable. This item is not licensed by NCAA or any other officially licensed company, but instead, this handmade product is made by me & sold under the rights of the "First Sale Doctrine". I am not affiliated with the NCAA or any official licensing company. Critter's Collars collars are handmade. Each one is individually measured & then hand cut.
