Font size & style may vary. Please be sure to add thread color in the personalization field. If thread color(s) are not specified, seller will choose colors. Be careful to enter personalization information correctly - seller is NOT responsible for errors entered by buyer. Not all animals are shown. Please message me with animal requests so I can let you know whether an animal not pictured is available. These stuffed animals are purchased & have zipper. I do the embroidery at my business. Some animals may not be available at the time of ordering as these items are sold on Etsy & locally to me. Due to the personalized nature, there are no refunds or exchanges.
