We must receive the item back to us within 14 days from the date you received your order. The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges which must include insurance. The item must arrive back to us in its original condition for a refund to be processed. You will be refunded the purchase price minus the original shipping costs. We are unable to accept returns for custom, personalized, & holiday/seasonal items. CANCELLATIONS: We only accept cancellations within 12 hours of the order. No exceptions will be made. DAMAGED in TRANSIT: We know this can happen & it is frustrating! We will try to make this process as painless as possible. Send us a picture or two of the damaged items & the box within 24 hours of receiving your order. A replacement will be made & sent after we receive the pictures of the item showing that it has been destroyed & cannot be used. Please hold on to the items & all shipping material.
