This cute dress zip up the back with a nylon zipper. It has amazing cut outs around the waist that are giant circles with red polkadots around. in good condition but there is some wearing down of the fabric around the cut out circles. The fabric is all there it's just the coloring of the red & blue. Truly not noticeable. There are some elastic belt loops around the waist to add a belt. If you don't want them reach out & i can get ride of them for you!
