Review Quotes This book is just what you need if you are grieving the loss of a loved one or even if you know someone who suffered a loss. It goes well beyond just explaining the stages of grief. It breaks down how to not only deal with grief yourself, but also has ways of helping those you love from children to adolescents. It gives you healthy ways to deal with the roller coaster of emotions you will go through. I have read a few books on grieving and this one by far has been the most helpful. If I could give it a 10 star review I would have. Brenda Everyone goes through grief and loss at some stage in their life and it's an extremely difficult thing to manage. This was such a lovely and well written book touching on a difficult subject. It really went deep into the feelings and emotions you can expect to feel and the coping mechanisms anyone can use to get on top of them. Such a great book 5 stars all the way. Estanzio"
