Multicereali is made of organic Manitoba wheat flour with rye, barley, rice and oats. This mix of different grains are carefully selected and balanced to enhance the health benefits of "Italian" Manitoba wheat. Rye is rich in Lysine, an essential amino acid that helps build muscle protein. Barley is high in Beta Glucan, which helps lower cholesterol and blood sugar levels. Rice is rich in high digestibility carbohydrates for gluten sensitive people. Oats are rich in fiber that helps reduce blood sugar levels.
