Crafted in Italy using traditional methods, this pasta is made with a blend of freshly ground rice and corn and is naturally vegan and gluten-free. The taste and texture of this pasta compliment an array of sauces and preparations. Casa Rinaldi is born from the passion for the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and takes its name from the building of 1888, which housed the old vinegar factory of the Rinaldi family, a place where time seems to stand still. Today Casa Rinaldi is a dynamic company with three locations, including one in Florence (Tuscany) which specializes in the bottling of extra virgin olive oil.
