It was cleaning time, boxes of paper and old technology long outused. Most items weren't worth keeping, destined for thedumpster, despite some regret when trashing what you have heldfor years, far worse if it had meaning and more so when it was aparents' affection in your hand. The poems were difficult to read, faded on browning paper butwanting to be kept. Starting, working slowly, typing words intothe computer, helped by my spouse, some poems were revolutions, others just telling me it was time to address this task. This volume is for the late Doreen Hancock who gave life, farmore than could ever be returned.
