Small Red Chili peppers are very spicy and mature from light green to bright red. Peppers are 1 inch long and .5 inches wide with a pointed end. Plants have fuzzy green stems and leaves and white flowers. They are 24-36 inches tall. Sow seeds indoors and transplant seedlings to full sun in the spring. After 85 days, peppers are ready for harvest. They are excellent to use in hot sauce, or to make spicy pickles. They can also be added to any dish or sauce for spiciness, or dried to make spicy pepper.
