Bush's Dinsperation: Bush's Blackened Salmon With savory Old Bay seasoning and dark brown sugar, this blackened salmon is seasoned to perfection. It's seafood night done right! Ingredients: 2 teaspoons blackened seasoning 2 teaspoons Old Bay seasoning 2 teaspoons dark brown sugar 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided 4 4-ounce salmon fillets 1 can (22 ounce) Bush's Honey Chipotle Grillin' Beans Optional: salad greens Directions: Combine blackened seasoning, Old Bay seasoning and brown sugar in small bowl. Set aside. Drizzle one tablespoon olive oil evenly over salmon and use basting brush to coat. Rub salmon evenly on both sides with seasoning mixture. Heat tablespoon olive oil in nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add salmon and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until done.
