Orange Juice Taste Test

Whether you enjoy orange juice with your breakfast or with a mid-day snack, OJ is one of the most beloved beverages. In fact, Americans drink around 3.2 gallons of orange juice per person, per year! When purchasing the citrus-flavored treat, buy juices labeled 100% orange juice to ensure you're getting only OJ. Some other terms you'll find on the packaging:

PASTEURIZED
Almost all supermarket orange juice is pasteurized (heated to a high temperature), increasing its shelf life and ensuring that the juice doesn't separate.

FROZEN CONCENTRATED ORANGE JUICE (FCOJ)
This is orange juice with the water removed. When prepared according to package directions, FCOJ has about the same amount of vitamin C as not-from-concentrate juice.

FROM CONCENTRATE
Water has been removed from this juice for storage, then added back in before bottling. In terms of nutrition and price, buying a carton of OJ "from concentrate" is about the same as mixing it yourself.

FORTIFIED ORANGE JUICE
These varieties have added nutrients. Choose ones that have the same Percent Daily Value of calcium (30% DV) and vitamin D (25% DV) as a glass of milk.

DEAR ABBY: I’m a woman, twice married. My first marriage was to a woman who hurt me deeply by lying and cheating. I am now married to a man who, even with his faults, is a wonderful husband. My thing is, I am still strongly attracted to women. I consider myself to be bisexual. When my husband notices that I look at women, I’m honest and tell him what I admire about a particular woman. What I leave out is that I’m turned on by them. He is not open to my actively being bisexual, not even a threesome. Is it all right for me to fantasize when I’m intimate with him that he’s a woman? I know some people fantasize about being with a celebrity or a more attractive mate, but is it all right to fantasize

As lead prosecutor Chuck Boring tells PEOPLE, it’s not just a prison sentence that matches the law — it’s one that matches the nature of the crime. “In this case, it was nothing more than this defendant, his own selfish desires outweighed those of his child’s life,” says Boring, the senior assistant district attorney in Cobb County, Georgia, where Harris was arrested almost immediately after his son, Cooper, was killed in June 2014.

This summer will mark the 25th anniversary of Larry Bird’s retirement from professional basketball. The Legend remains one of the most revered and decorated players in the history of the sport — a 12-time All-Star, three-time champion, a three-time Most Valuable Player and one of the greatest shooters ever to set foot on a basketball court. Thirteen seasons of hard-charging play against some of the best big men and wingmen the NBA had to offer — plus another two full seasons of postseason games, which most players will tell you take an even greater toll on you than regular-season contests — did a number on the Boston Celtics magician’s body, most notably his back, forcing him to step away from the sport at age 35, just 209 points shy of 22,000 for his illustrious career.
