I ordered the Morgan Proof Set, hoping it would be quality, what a joke, I should have known better. The set is made in China and they can't even copy the Morgan Dollar correctly. They left half the breast feathers off the 1878 I received. I have wri...tten them twice to point out this out, but have not had the privilege of an answer. At present I have this miscreant of a copy to show my friends how Bradford Exchange's Quality Control is obviously non-existent. Don't order this set as it will not be worth it and does not represent what the US Mint made originally. Very sad indeed. Last year we purchased a grandson's pendent for our grandson. He absolutely loved it and wore it constantly. One of the stones fell out so we contacted customer service to ask how we could get it replaced. We were sent instructions on how to return i...t with the understanding we wanted a new one. Some months later a refund showed up on my credit card. I called customer service again to let them know we wanted a NEW pendent, not a refund. Months later I receive an email saying we are going to be billed for another pendent, but had not received a pendent. Today I called them to ask what happened, they said they tried billing my former credit card and it was rejected (so I figure they assumed we were just deadbeats) - no one ever CALLED me. Since getting this pendent we received advertisements in the mail practically daily and my email inbox is over-flowing -- this they can do, but they some how are unable to put in a call to get this order taken care of. Bought a very expensive Spirit Of.... Watch, the battery of which has died. No jewellers can get the back off to replace the battery, as they say it feels welded on and every reply from Customer Service asking for advice says we can't do anything - t...ake it to a jewellers (how many am I supposed to try!?). June 2012 i ordered a lambretta die cast model. March 2013 i finally received it! They have taken money from my account when im not in a financial postion to pay anymore! I sent numerous emails requesting to know where my item was, they never got bac...k to me! I have now got endless bank charges as they never gave prior warning the item was ready (nearly a year later) and the only thing they will offer me is a full refund if i return the item! AVOID like the plague. The cashed a cheque 30 th Nov 2012. But did not receive item. I enquired, but all I got was apologies for delay. Eventually I threatened to take it further if I did not get my money back. They told me it would be estimated Marc...h to receive. I reminded them about my refund, and warning them that as well as poor service, they have broken long distance selling act. Eventually I got my cheque. But today I found I could not cash it at my Building Society. So I am STILL out of pocket. Another letter is on their way about this cheque to The Bradford Exchange, with photocopy that my building society did to show why they could not accept it. I placed an order 6 weeks ago sent them 3 e-mails to find out where order is and not heard anything apart from receipt of e-mail. Total waste of time.
