      Very easy for Wayfair to collect the money but not so easy for me receiving the merchandise. I ordered a sleeper sofa 02/18/15 for $721 incl. tx. Finally the sofa was delivered outside my front door 03/30/15, The delivery man would not bring it into ...my ground level condo. The sofabed does not open flat and one foot is loose. I ordered through Sears.com. I will make sure from now on that if I order though Sears that it will be handled by Sears and NOT Wayfair. Read more Less

      Luxury cotton jerssey sheets

      I ordered a queen set off "luxury" cotton sheets. Add says reg. price $140.00.Set came a week past delivery date with queen top sheet, cal. king fitted sheet, and 2 xl twin pillow cases.Quality not quite equal to the 20$ sheets at Walmart.BIG disappo...intment.       Wayfair raised the price high then made you fell good with discount and yet with discount the price still high. called to customer service and proved the same items sold much cheaper from another company.

      I placed an order for 2 Lenox towels. I have Lenox towels in my home for a few years. They are gorgeous towels. Well the ones they sent did not have the Lenox logo imprinted on the towels and were about 1/10th the thickness as they should be. They we...re knock-offs of some sort I am sure. So in addition to the $4.99 shipping cost, now it cost $6.78 to return them in the same box with the same weight. So it seems they can send you anything and you will have to pay all that money for no fault of one's own to send them back. I posted a review for the towels, and the next day it was taken off the website. When I checked today they put the price of the hand towel up from the $16.99 I paid to $20.00. I cannot believe the audacity of a company like this.I have not been able to get an adjustment on this as of yet. Read more Less

      Shipping is the worst

      I cannot believe the shipping services they offer. As a Canadian I can order from other companies that expedite my purchase and I receive it in days. Wayfair takes up to a week to even ship the purchase than it takes a week to get to the border than ...it sits at the border for days than finally it ships to me. I am willing to pay more to expedite my purchases but they wont even offer it and instead I got a song and dance about the border and customs protocol. Well all the items I purchase from the US from other stores all go through the same border but they still get my packages to me in days not weeks and months later. Recently my purchases sat at the warehouse for 7 days than took 9 days to get to the border after that..unacceptable. And when you call to talk to customer service they do nothing but try and convice you they are doing all they can. NOT. If all other US stores can get my parcels to me than so can wayfair, they choose not to care is what it comes down to. Read more Less

      Don't order from them if you own two homes

      If your credit card billing address is different from the ship-to address, it is automatically rejected by the fraud department. Customer service doesn't realize they have that flag so no further security questions are asked. They simply reject it.I'...ve ordered these chairs (can't find them anywhere else) for the third time today. With a little luck, I might get them by Thanksgiving in 2016. Read more Less

      What horrible customer service Wayfair has. I ordered a product that clearly stated it would "Arrives by Thu., Nov 20". I then got a subsequent email saying it might not arrive until Mon. Nov. 24. I am out of town then and would not have ordered the ...item had I known there would be a bait and switch. I contacted customer service and they were not only not helpful, but unwilling to even consider making things right and then working the miscommunication out internally so that it did not happen to other people in the future. The order was not for an insignificant amount either. I would not recommend ordering from Wayfair and I do not plan to order anything from them in the future. Read more Less

      I researched cabinet knobs and pulls for a home remodel. Found what I wanted online from Wayfair (wayfair.com). Description of the product ordered: Item: SPM6940832809 Model: P3002-R1. Refined Rustic #$%$ (Set of 10) (rustic iron) $4.71 per set. Refi...ned Rustic #$%$ (set of 10) (rustic iron)...$4.71. No store pickup. In stock for shipping. The page was added March 31, 2013. I ordered (4) sets of (10) = (40) knobs total and agreed to pay $20 in shipping (I have a photo shot of the webpage and order for reference). Instead of receiving (4) packs of (10) knobs I received (4) individual knobs. I contacted Wayfair LLC and spoke to several representatives. What I was told is that the company found that the site contained misinformation and that pricing should have been per piece not for a set of (10) and that they would not fulfill the order because it would be at a financial loss to them. They then offered a refund for the product if I were to ship the knobs back at my cost for another $20.00. I requested to speak to the Supervisor. Supervisor Dave confirmed that they have the product and that they had a mistake on the website which they noticed when filling my order and had since removed. Dave stated that Wayfair refuses to complete and deliver my order despite the fact that the site had been advertising the price and quantity of (10) knobs for $4.71 since March. I truly believe this is unorthodox business and would like my order to be fulfilled as per the website and at no additional cost to me. Unfortunately, they Wayfair is refusing to stand by their Customer Service Promise "Our Promise...superior customer service coupled with the convenience of online shopping, make it easier than ever before to find exactly what you want for your home at a price you can afford.       Really disappointed with the awful service from this company. Would not EVER make a purchase from them again. I live in Alaska and was ordering 3 rugs. One too large to ship by ordinary means. I worked with Lance who assured me no problem as he had a...manager override it and I gave my Visa info. When no email confirming the sale showed up a week later I sent two emails and I left a message for Lance. No contact. Today I had to call 3 more times. Lance was at lunch and Brian and Melissa helped me to discover the order was never placed and would in fact never be. In the mean time I bought drapes to match the rugs I thought were coming. I understand some things do not ship to AK. I was told otherwise for this sale and was told the order had been placed. I should not have to send emails and make multiple calls for status. If it is no then just tell me but I was told it was yes and forked over my card. Now no rugs and a wasted 9 days and a really bad feeling. I am the most loyal of customers and being in AK I buy a lot on line. Wayfair did not just lose one sale, they lost everything going forward including my respect. Thank you Brian & Melissa for the research you had to do. Shame on the rest of you at Wayfair. Lovely web site too bad there is little to back it up. Read more Less
