      I placed an order for a toy my daughter wanted for Christmas. The price on Target.com was a great deal (or so I thought). They gave me an estimated delivery date. I waited and waited. NOTHING. Tried to track my order online through UPS showed as proc...essing. 2weeks went by. I finally called Target.com. Order was clearly messed up. Payment had already been deducted from my checking account through PayPal a week and a half before. A rep from Target.com tried to do a reorder on my item. It was sold out online at this point. Was told I would get a refund. Received an email stating I received an ecard from Target for the amount. I live 1 hour and a half from the nearest Target. Do not shop there at all. I'm furious!! Do not order from these crooks. Target has lost any and all business from me and I will spread the word to others. Hope they go out of business for treating their customers this way!! Read more Less

      Please do yourself a favor and do not use their online services. It took them 1 month and 5 calls and I still did not get my order. It was just Woolite too - not something special!!!!Still waiting for my refund. Wish there was a minus 100 star rating.... That's what I would use. Read more Less

      I pre-ordered Destiny for my son for his birthday. Target shipped it by UPSucks and then it was passed over to USPSucks which delivered the disk back and forth between Austin and Temple Texas three times saying each time the disk was shipped to the w...rong post office. The kids that attended my sons party are now playing their Destiny while my son watches the mail box everyday in disappointment. Now I can just buy the game at any game store but Target still has my money. Read more Less

      Placed an order of mini frig for my college kid to be picked up in another state. I plan to pick it up next Sunday but was told they won't hold it for more than 4 days after I called the store. Called their web help line and was told no extension of ...holding. I guess target's phone support is in India or somewhere. I talked to three different agents and they were not helpful nor friendly. One of them hanged up on me. I don't like target's online service at all. Read more Less

      i just placed an opline order when i recieved my email with confirmation realized that it was wrong zip code and not on my end because i clearly knw my zip code .. i quickly called target and they told me there was nothing they were able to do that i...would just have to wait to find out if it will be canceled or it might get shipped then because of wrong zip it would then get shipped back asked to speak to manager was then on hold for 45 min and as im writing this still on hold Read more Less

      Worst online experience ever

      I will never buy from Target again after my Target.com experience. Worst Customer service ever. I ordered a $775 firepit table online May 28th, that was shown with 5 day delivery from NC to VA. The next day I received notice it would be delayed about...two weeks. I called to cancel and they said it had already left the warehouse and I couldn’t cancel. After two weeks of trying to track it the shipper would not answer the phone. I called several times and it rang for twenty minutes with no answer. Their website showed it shipped June 3rd, not May 28th like Target told me. I called the company that was supposed to do the final deliver on June 11th and their records showed it was picked up that day. Target still said it was shipped as soon as I ordered it. I called a supervisor and was able to get it cancelled, but they won’t give me my money back. They will only give me a store credit. What do I want with a store credit from a company that I never want to shop at again???? I reordered from Amazon Prime and had it in three days. Read more Less

      "Worst Online service ever! Ordered a patio set on May 4th. 7 weeks have gone by and the set has still has not delivered. Target of couse accepts no responsibility and blames their shipping partner, reason..after a month sittting in some wareshouse t...hey deliver it to the wrong address, another week goes by and then they lose the shipment altogether. By the time i get this set summer will be over. During this time i have wasted hours with multiple unanswered phone calls to their shipping partner, Home Direct. Many more phone calls to Target and now, finally, after 7 weeks of waiting/ call/ mis-information, Target finally re-issues the order and ships it out to the same carrier with another, at least two week out, delivery date. You'd think that Target would at least have the flexability to expedite an order to someone who has waited 2 months and wasted this much time following up on an order. But NO, apparently Target has no other method to ship out their overweight orders. I manage a large manufactuing facility and when my customers wait they lose money. I have gone out of my way working OT and hot-shot deliverys to make my customers happy. This is not how Target chooses to run their on-line business. " Read more Less

      Long story short I got a duplicate item as a present at a baby shower. I tried to return it by mail but Target only allows store purchases to be returned in store. Which wouldn't be a problem if I did live 3 hours away from a target, and I wasn't 8 1.../2 months pregnant with less than 90 days left to return the item. Thanks for the awful customer service Target after my friends and family spend hundreds of dollars at your store from my registry. Read more Less
