      the most terrible company i never deal with, i order the shoes from them, and i fill-out the right home address, they ship to different address and then ask me to pick the shoe by myself, when i using PAPAL for the payment, at that web page doesn't s...ay anything about if using PAPAL will be ship to PAPAL address, what kind the company is, i will never order the shoes from this company again, and i will tell everyone that i know not to do so.       SHOEBUY.COM ARE UTTER SCAMMERS

      I recently finished an entire month+ of back and forth emails between myself and Shoebuy.com's Customer (dis)Service. I had purchased a pair of shoes and was really excited to receive them. let me tell you that that excitement was short lived. After ...sadly discovering that the shoe simply did not fit me, i shipped the shoes back to Shoebuy and waited patiently for my refund. After calling twice wondering why nothing has happened (1.5 weeks after shipping them) I receive the shoes back with a note that they refuse to accept the shoes because of dust on the bottom, clearly showing that they have been worn before. They are correct. They were worn by me. fro a grand total of 120 SECONDS!! I tried on the shoes, walked around in them for a bit to gauge the fit then repackaged them after realizing that they do not in fact fit me. I have tried every avenue to receive a refund from Shoebuy to no avail, they are adamant to stick by their untruthful, scamming ways.Be warned, if you, like so many others, happen to order shoes and try them on before deciding whether to keep them or not, please note that Shoebuy WILL NOT accept them back! They are a Final-Sale and your money is gone for good!You might as well take your money to a place which does not look to scam you and actually does care for Customer Service. A few other websites come to mind that friends have told me will stand by their return Policies; Zappos.com, 6pm.com, Shoes.com and I am sure many others.Please, do not make the same mistake I made and save yourself some money and stress, go with a reputable vendor (NOT THESE PEOPLE!).I am in the Customer Relations business myself and am utterly appalled that these people claim to be in the same field of work as myself. These people are the #$%$ of the earth, not to be trusted with a penny! Read more Less

      I ordered a pair of shoes from shoebuy.com and I ordered it in a size 8. When the shoes came they were too big so I called customer service and they lady I spoke to was very rude and apparently had messed up my order because I had wanted to exchange ...them for a size 7.5 but they sent me a size 8.5. When I called the customer service back they were extremely rude and said I have to get a refund for the shoes. It also takes weeks for the shoes to be mailed. I HATE shoebuy.com!!! Read more Less

      i ordered slippers on 12/10. 10 days later, and 4 days before christmas, i received an email that shoebuy.com cancelled my order. they did not offer suggestions to replace the item, no apologies, no prior communication. when i called customer service..., they were not helpful in selecting a replacement, i had to find a new item. when i asked for free shipping as compensation for the late cancellation, they declined. then i was told the item would take 2 weeks to ship. at that point our transaction ended.       I purchased shoes from here for my mom because they were running a special discount, a double rebate from Ebates, and offered free exchanges. When we exchanged the shoes for a different size my Ebates rebate was canceled!!! ShoeBuy had canceled my or...der and created a new one which was not associated with the rebate. Just seems like a way to get out of paying what they promised. Wrote them - just said "Sorry". Do not trust them to stand behind what they say. Read more Less

      I received a pair of shoes as a gift from Shoebuy.com. They did not work out so I called to get a store credit in the amount that the buyer paid. Shoebuy would NOT do anything but CREDIT THE BUYERS CREDIT CARD. I asked for a gift certificate or store...credit in that amount (and would pay the difference in the shoes I wanted to buy) but they WOULD NOT DO IT. * There is NO way to return these without the buyer knowing that I'm returning them.*There is no way to return these without the buyer having to go out and get me another gift-- me returning these makes it as if they never gave me a gift at all.I would NEVER buy from a company with such an archaic return policy.       I was prompted to research shoebuy.com after purchasing 4 pairs of shoes that were ALL too small. I have always worn a size 11 (every blue moon I'll wear an 11.5) and so that's the size I ordered for a pair of tennis shoes, 2 pairs of boots, and a pa...ir of pumps. ALL of them fit like size 10 or even 9! I haven't had any issues with customer service just yet because they emailed my return labels but hopefully I will have a better experience w/ my returns than those I have read about on here.       DO NOT ORDER FROM SHOEBUY.COM Was late on the return policy. Now stuck with shoes that don't fit. When I said that this will affect my future shopping at shoebuy.com I was hung up on by customer service. Spoke to a manager and was told they would "lo...ok into it." Offered my a 20% off coupon. I got a 25% off coupon in my email yesterday. What a joke. Zappos.com has a 365 day return policy. I will not shop at shoebuy.com ever again. Read more Less

      Tried to return newly purchased shoes from shoebuy. They were not as expected, so attempted to return. Was instructed that their return policy is 'no exceptions' for any reason.
