      Ordered a small electronic item from Walmart.com. Site said it was in stock and would be available for pickup the same day. Got an email two hours later saying my order had been canceled because "we weren't able to find these items in your selected s...tore." This is the 3rd time out of 5 orders that this has happened this year. I will no longer use walmart.com, they will sell you anything, but apparently have no idea what the true inventory of any particular store is. Read more Less

      I placed an order online but walmart.com would not accept my credit card payment. That should have been red flag number one for me. Next, I followed the orders instructions and went to my local walmart store and paid at a cash register. The cashier w...as having trouble getting the sales tax to match my original order so it took about 20 minutes and 3 different cashiers before I was finally able to pay. That should have been red flag number 2. Two days later I got an email from walmart.com stating that I had not paid and my order had been cancelled. I checked my credit card and I had indeed paid. I went back to walmart and they said they couldn't do anything and I had to call walmart.com. After calling walmart.com they just told me I have to go back to the store. #$%$!!! I will never buy another thing from walmart.com. They seem like that have no clue compared to amazon, etc. Avoid them at all costs. Read more Less

      The shipping process is unbelievable. They ship almost ever item seperately. They send me emails saying that items are shipped when they are still in a totally different state. I can not stand it.

      i live in columbia sc and the walmart at two notch rd has the most rude and non helpful employes!! There is never no one to help find items then when there is someone to help they give you so much attitude as if you are not suppose to ask for help!       My experience at my local Walmart in Hermantown Minnesota was beyond unpleasant. When my family reached the cash register, our cashier was extremely unprofessional. We spent over a half hour in check out for no more then 20 items. The cashier insiste...d it was because the lack of training she received. When we came to a large item in our cart (a stroller and car seat combo) the cashier could not find the right bar code to scan and needed us to pick up 3 different times (the box was not light by any means) while she scanned several different bar codes trying to find the correct one. By the time she found it, it scanned to a much higher price then anticipated. When asked for a price check, we waited at the register for another ten minutes, the cashier proceeded to say "I know I am not supposed to do this" and sit herself down on the bagging rack and gets nice and comfortable. The supervisor returned to the register with the price check and informed us that the price the rang up was in fact correct. We asked the supervisor come to the section of the store where we found the product and showed him how it was listed with a price tag of $150.00. It turns out when items are on display, the price listed directly below the item on the shelf is in fact not relevant to the product. You have to read fine print and look half way down the shelf for the correct price. The correct price for the stroller we were interested in buying was multiple strollers down listed below a completely different product that I would assume not only me, but most customers would look at as correct pricing for the above item. When pointed out to the supervisor that it was very poorly advertised, and that I was very unpleased with the check out services, I was completely disregarded and the supervisor walked away to avoid further conversation. We returned to check out and decided to pay full price for the stroller set because we had already been though such a hassle to get it this far. After all of the above, I received no discount and left completely baffled. I will now pay the extra cents and take my business to the local target where their customer satisfaction better fits my expectations. Read more Less

      so far, i have purchased 3 items on separate occasions from walmart.com. twice, they have messed up. both times, the items were 'lost'. most recent saga: 1. tracking number in e-mail saying it has shipped does not register with shipping company. 2. u...pon calling walmart.com, they said tracking number was wrong and that item was on the way 3. later, when i called again, they said it was delivered to the store. but when i called the store, they cannot find it.only positive thing is that the customer service 800 number is very good and no long waits. too bad the rest of the system is totally wacko. i will never buy anything from them again. I am currently overseas as a soldier and wanted to make sure it would be there on time by the 7th...So the website said "pick it up at the store" and it guaranteed I could "pick it up the same day" Only when I ordered it with my Wal-Mart credit card to tell me one hour later..." we are sorry due to an error the store in question does not have the product please cancel the order and try to purchase it at another store or wait 3 to 5 business days to have it delivered to the store in question"...I get two days from Amazon for free...But I figured I would cancel and try at a store I called and knew had the item in stock...Surprise, Surprise, Surprise, they can debit my account right now but in order to get the refund it will take 3 to 5 business days.. God forbid I used any other means it would take 10...So I called Walmart to see if they could help me and they basically told me to go #$%^$% myself, sucks to be me can't help you..So here I am in South Korea trying to get a gift to my little girls for her birthday in Florida by the 7th scared to make another order to Walmart..then I remembered that I am an Amazon Prime member and surprise surprise they can get there on time for my little girls birthday....FOR FREE...then I remembered why I have not purchased online from Walmart in over a year and why I will not ever again.As far as the game it is great my kids love playing it at their friends house so get it, but don't get it here Read more Less

      I ordered tires on Black Friday 11/28/2013 and the site to store date was for delivery was 12/10/2013- 12-19/2013.that day came and went on dec 20th I got an email saying my order was shipped and the arrival date was Christmas Day . That day came and...went and still no tires . On dec 26th I got an email saying that my order was lost and there was no ETA on my tires . I called customer service and they said my tires were shipped from the distribution Center but they don't know where they are and they can't track them . Smh! So they are going to escalate the issue but I probably won't receive my an answer until after the new year . Glad the tires weren't a Christmas gift ( which the site guaranteed I would receive before Christmas ) . The rep when I called walmart.com was nice but I still have no tires and they have no answers.       Today is a Sunday. Walmart vision center is open from noon to five. I arrived here an hour ago where Dr. Mark Manary is the scheduled optometrist. There is a sign that says on break, will return soon. The phone has been ringing quite a lot, and there...are two other people waiting around to see if anyone will appear. I know that five hours is a long and daunting shift, but a lunch break of this magnitude would indicate a shift of 5am to 5pm as a coal miner. In Kiev.       I ordered 2 t-mobile pre-paid Nokia Lumia 521 phones as advertised from Walmart.com along with 2 air time cards for the phones. When they arrived, I tried to activate the phones for 3 hours without success.The Sim cards wouldn't work. I called t-mobi...le and they said it was a Walmart problem. Called Walmart and they said return those 2 and we will send out 2 more. Those phones came and I still couldn't get the sim cards to work. I called t-mobile and they said the sim cards are for contract phones not prepaid phones. Called Walmart again and I asked for my money back. They asked me to ship back the last 2 phones and when they receive them they would issue a credit for the phones but they would not refund my $50 for the wireless air time cards that I bought for the phones which I can't use meanwhile this is the card they recommended to use along with the phones. How is that legal? They made a mistake of advertising these phones as prepaid and now I am losing $50 plus the time and aggravation I spent on the phone and running to the post office to ship these phones back.
