      Purchased a premium package of Enchanted Flowers and was supposed to be this beautiful purple arrangement for my niece's 21st birthday. Charged me for a premium and sent me a medium flower arrangement. Contacted Customer Service about my unsatisfacti...on of the product; what do they say, I apologize here is 40% discount coupon for my next order. REALLY, you think I am going to use your services again. I THINK NOT, and I will make sure to tell my family, friends and anyone who asks about this company to DO NOT USE. RIP OFF. Read more Less

      NEVER AGAIN TELEFLORA

      I wish I could give zero stars! They "told" me, via email, that my grandmother's flowers would not be delivered, THE DAY THEY WERE TO BE DELIVERED! The customer service rep had an awful attitude, placed me on a 35 minute hold for a supervisor, at whi...ch point I was hung up. No one ever returned my messages, and, when I called back 2 days later, they offered me 30% off and said "take it or leave it, that's all your getting from us." I told them they cannot offer services that they cannot provide without telling the customers. They basically cross their fingers and hope local florists can complete these orders, that's all they do. Read more Less

      I ordered a bouquet for my granddaughter, scheduled to arrive the next day. By 9pm the flowers still hadn't arrived and all customer service would do is call the florist and tell me there was no answer at the shop. The next day the flowers finally ar...rived and were no where near what we'd ordered. Not only were the flowers not was was pictured on the website, the vase didn't even have the matching ribbon promised in the product description. My attempts to call the service line were met with people who promised discounts on my next order, although I'll never purchase from them again. I tried to tweet to customer support and got a canned message response to DM them, but no further communication. I also attempted emailing for support, sending photos of the flowers and again got an initial canned message offering help and then no further communication.Too many customers have a similar story.       Teleflora is absolutely terrible! Ordered for a wake and funeral, paid extra for early delivery, and they never delivered. Awful--the worst!

      Horrible Flowers, Even Worse Customer Service

      I ordered a bouquet for a friend who had to have emergency surgery. Luckily she sent me a picture of what was delivered.#1 - The florist I chose was not used. I contacted that florist and she was available and had NOT received the chance to fulfill m...y order. The florist they used was far away and delivered an inferior product.#2 - I ordered the Premium bouquet. I wanted something very special. When I saw the photo of what was delivered I was embarrassed. Rather than a full vase of blossoming flowers, it was filled with a few flowers and tons of green leaves. It was small and not premium.#3 - Customer service has only offered to refund me $20. I asked for a full refund or for my original chosen florist to redo the order. They said they cannot refund my total, and if I want the flowers redone they will have to pick-up the first bouquet from my friend. How rude!I will never use Teleflora again. I will Yelp for a florist in the area of delivery and pay a florist directly! Read more Less

      they took an order from my brother for flowers on 9/30. Neverr delivered.       Do not use Teleflora for flower arrangements. I was to receive an arrangement of two-dozen long-stem red roses upgraded to premium, but instead received the worst arrangement I have ever seen. There was really not much arrangement to it. The roses we...re cut in odd lengths and they looked like they were shoved into a vase with a little greenery. Seriously. It looked like someone ran to Walmart, grabbed some roses, then practiced making an arrangement for the first time. The total spent through Teleflora was $200. Teleflora was phoned and they only offered 30% return, but wanted the arrangement back. The final agreement was for the arrangement to be picked up and a new arrangement delivered in its place.       I ordered two sets of flowers for my MIL and my mother--the same bouquet--one was delivered a day LATE. Neither bouquet remotely resembled the one chosen--totally different flowers and colors.       I can't truly express how disappointed and angry I am with the service. We ordered sympathy flowers and they sent 13 red roses! It's a funeral service, you don't give red flowers. It's disrespectful to the family and to the deceased. Totally unaccept...able! We are so embarrassed. Customer service is not helping at all. What a shame! 0 stars for Teleflora. Read more Less
