      I can't truly express how disappointed and angry I am with the service. We ordered sympathy flowers and they sent 13 red roses! It's a funeral service, you don't give red flowers. It's disrespectful to the family and to the deceased. Totally unaccept...able! We are so embarrassed. Customer service is not helping at all. What a shame! 0 stars for Teleflora. Read more Less

      Took order, Took money, then in afternoon of delivery day received email saying sorry they will not be able to complete order. I have no flowers and no money. Happy Valentines honey sorry you get nothing.

      fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me there will no be a third I was offered a 40% discount ha ha ha no more wasting my money and then I was told that they would contact the florist and have them pick the flowers up and have another flo...rist in the area take another arrangement I am already embarrassed enough are you serious?       Placed 2 orders for thanksgiving, one showed up on time. tried reaching out to teleflora for help and customers rep put us on hold for 20 minutes because we request to speak with supervisor.Supervisor Natalie came on and all she could tell us is what...she can't do. according her system flowers was delivered but according to delivery address nothing was delivered. she was more interested in letting me know there would be no refund because its our fault. Guess there system is broke because florist showed up at my door with flowers and apology on thanksgiving day a whole day after my requested delivery date. No need to use there service anymore.       A rating of 1 star isn't low enough for the disaster of flowers they delivered! The flowers my loved one received were not even close to the quality of the picture I ordered from nor did they hold up to the price I paid for them!! When I contacted cu...stomer service regarding my disappointment I was told I could have a 30% refund or they could pick the flowers up...those were my options from the owners none the less.       Worst Experiences Ever

      I've tried teleflora twice, each time costing me about $80+. The first time the flowers were ordered, I was not impressed with the quality and the florist CALLED AHEAD and ruined the surprise for the recipient. The second time I paid for delivery bef...ore 1:00 PM. It didn't arrive until 3:00 PM - the person left at 2:00 PM! What a joke. The flowers were NOT even close to the picture and the card was somehow horribly misspelled I was embarrassed to have even read it. When I called them the second time they botched my flowers, they didn't even care they messed up! No apologies, sympathy, etc. I'm not joking when I say this - save yourself the time and money and either pick the flowers up from a local grocery store. I guarantee if you do this they will look much more fresh (mine were seriously dying when they were received) and you'll be happier with the cost. I could easily go to the grocery store and get the same $80 arrangement for $24.99 at Fry's. Ridiculously expensive for absolutely NO QUALITY. Read more Less

      I wanted to send flowers to a family member who had been ill. When I called to ask what her favorite flowers were, they said daisies but that she would not last much longer. I needed the daisies to be delivered the same day. I ordered the Upsy Daisy ...arrangement from Teleflora because they promised same-day delivery if I ordered before 3 PM and because I trusted the Teleflora name. My family member died later that day.I didn’t find out until the next morning when I checked my email that Teleflora did not deliver the flowers. Not only did they not call and inform me in a timely manner but they did not even give a reason why they “were unable to place your order for delivery on the requested day.” They expected me to click a link and follow prompts to update my order. It seems fraudulent to advertise same-day-delivery arrangements, collect money from the public for these arrangements and the additional fees for this service and then not follow through or have any intention of following through on the order as placed. It seems cold-hearted to refuse customers a refund even under these circumstances. I will never use Teleflora again. Read more Less

      Placed my order (to sister, facing medical procedure) on Monday morning, received confirmation of order that arrangement would deliver the next day, several hours later received an e-mail that order not deliverable, called the 800 number explaining t...hat it was most important to send a cheering up bouquet, service rep called the local florist and let me know that all was well (this was around 3 p.m.), received an e-mail Tuesday (today) a.m. with message that the order could not be delivered and that it was cancelled, no convenient contact information on e-mail, looked up Teleflora's contact information online, called Teleflora with the whole story and was told that they could not deliver unless I added about $15 more to the order at which I balked (very, very upset since this order was a special one) as I felt it was a bait and switch, cancelled my order, and then called the local florist in her (my sister's) town who provided a beautiful bouquet (better than the original order) and at a comparable price. Lesson learned? Always, always contact the local florist in the area and order directly from them. The online floral companies do considerable misinformation and what you see is not what you get, and they take a hefty cut. So the ongoing mantra of buy and support local is even applicable to sending flowers. Buyer beware ... but Teleflora's customer service was appalling, no negotiations, especially after receiving one story one day and an opposite story the next. DO NOT EVER USE!!!!!!!!!!       Should have read the reviews first. Ordered cute floral arrangement in yellow smiley mug, with white and yellow flowers, and a birthday balloon. What arrived: metal container, with yellow and red flowers, about 1/3 of what was shown in picture, even ...though I paid for the deluxe version. And the balloon was a juvenile balloon meant for a boy -- sent to my female friend. No response from customer service. I don't think they understand "customer service." Read more Less
