      I purchased two items for my son as a gift. Only one was shipped,apparently because it was out of stock. I was not notified, and only by chance learned my son got only one item.. I used their Cusotmer Service form and after ten days with no response,...contacted them via chat. The agent was polite and gave me a credit, but was did not seem to understand my concern that I was not notified of the out of stock item. Not a good experience. Read more Less

      they ship using FedEX smartPost which is the absolute worst. it should be called Fedup Slowpost. It is slower than parcel past fron USPS. I will never buy from them again. unfortunately I think many of the other team sports places online are actually...the same company. I wanted faster shipping and tried ordering from different companys. they all had exactly the same prices and the same shipping time. and had the same items in stock I think Fansedge, Fanz, NBA store and Fanatics are all the same company using diffferent names. I will never buy from any who uses Slowpost In todays world, 10 days for shipping time is unacceptable. Buy elseware !! Read more Less

      CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A NIGHTMARE

      Customer service is the worst!! They are also extremely rude. They told me they had not received my return. I gave them my return tracking label # proving it, and they told me there was no way to track that item. WHAT?!? They then told me that I need...ed to wait 20 business days per their policy before I contact them on a missing return. I pointed out that their policy is actually 10 business days.       I've placed a few orders with them and they've gotten consistently worse. Their "promise" to make the order right doesn't happen. Delivery was promised before Father's Day on two orders. One was delivered two days after and the other wasn't delivered...at all--sent back to shipper--Neither FansEdge or FedEx could tell me why the package wasn't delivered. The package that was delivered--later--include d mugs that were horrible quality--logo was worn and coming off mug. Read more Less

      Don't Waste Your Time

      These guys immediately charge your account for the item and then go into slow motion on shipping the item. They then process an electronic notification of planned shipment to the shippers and USPS to create the appearance the item is shipped. All of ...their phone numbers automatically hangup on you when you call and reach them. Beware, they just want your money without delivering the product or customer service. Read more Less

      6 weeks and counting.... I am still waiting for my refund to be processed. After 10+ contacts with customer service, no solution in sight. They all keep assuring me that they will be the one to finally fix my issue, but they have not.

      I wish I had read and heeded these reviews. Wrong item was sent to me. I immediately called customer service, waiting 8 minutes to reach someone and was then disconnected. I called again, trying very hard to keep my cool. I was told that the return s...hipping fee would be waived. Not sure if that will be true, as I am still waiting for my credit for the returned item.       Ordered specific item and received wrong one. Called Customer Service and they resent wrong one again. This caused a missed Christmas present for my son. When I called to complain, was told their shipping department does not have the same information...as they (cust serv) do. Worst shopping experience online, and I shop quite a bit online.       Should Not Still Be In Business

      If you want your item ordered in less than 3 weeks, avoid this company at all costs. I got a shipping notification email on December 9th (ordered it for Christmas) and finally received it on December 20th. I ordered a ball cap and ordered the wrong s...ize and wanted to do an exchange. That was a whole new nightmare. The girl I talked to (after a 30 minute wait to talk to anyone) said that they had just changed the exchange policy but didn't know what the changes were. Before I got angry with her, I was going to have to pay $5.50 to ship the item back to her, wait for them to credit my account (up to 10 business days), and then re-purchase the hat in the correct size (and pay shipping again). She waived the return postage.VERY POOR customer service. Not impressed and won't be using this company again. Read more Less

      Their 2 Day shipping was all I needed to purchase Christmas presents from FansEdge. I made my purchase at 6:00AM on 12/18 but have yet to receive my items. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
