      HORRIBLE Company

      I bought an A/C adapter on Sept 12, 2014. I paid extra money for expedited shipping. I received an email containing the tracking # the next day. After a couple of weeks I still hadn't received my product. I looked up tracking # and Fed Ex stated it h...ad never received shipment. I called company...actually got to talk to someone. They assured me they would investigate the matter but at any rate would ship me another adapter. After a couple more weeks I never received anything. So I did one of the online chats with a customer service rep. They again assured me they would get my part sent out ASAP and refund my shipping fees. Again a couple of weeks go by and still no product. I have sent countless emails, left countless messages on their voice mail and I get no response. I finally submitted a request asking for a refund and again have not gotten any response. I am out my money for the part and also the $35 for my expedited shipping fees. This company is a bunch of thieves and are not the legitimate company they portray on their website. I wish I could do more to make them accountable for what they are doing to people....but hopefully others reading these reviews will save themselves money and heartache and avoid buying anything from these people!!!       Scam Company - Do NOT Use

      Placed an order for a laptop battery on 10/22/14. Received an email with a tracking number the next day. For two weeks, tracking only showed that a ticket had been printed. On 11/6/14 I called USPS and they said the package was never sent by the ship...per. I called and emailed the GetPartsOnline, no response. Next day I called and emailed again, no response. I was forced to contact AmEx so that the payment would be blocked and I could get a credit. If I had paid using a method not as customer friendly as AmEx, I would be out $45 right now with no recourse.Company is a scam. For your own good, please do not use. Read more Less

      I ordered a battery. Next day I received wrong tracking number (some 2013 shipping to Hong Kong). During one week I sent 3 emails asking for good tracking number. I never received an answer. Soon after I received the battery but wasn't detected by th...e computer and apparently it was completely discharged. I took a chance and left the computer all night long plugged to the AC adapter. Next day battery was detected by the computer. I guess battery was way too long stored completely discharged and only by a chance it woke up. I don't think I'll take next time another chance like that on this online store. Read more Less

      I don't think that they are a bad company, but I bought a processor for an old laptop from them and I am just throwing away the laptop entirely and getting a new one. This should not be the result of doing business with them. I don't care if you have...a disclaimer about compatibility the fact is you have compatible models in very large, bold, writing that gives the consumer a sense of confidence that you know what you are talking about. Until they really review and see your disclaimer that your compatibility write ups don't mean jack because you are not certain of them. "generally correct" is not acceptable. Also, shipping is atrocious. It should not have cost me THREE TIMES the cost of the part to ship a processor that weighs a few ounces only. Never doing business with these people again. Stick to more reliable companies like Crucial. Read more Less

      On 16th May 2014 I placed an order for 2 SODIMM-PC5300-1GB_Mem_N-4
      46495-001 memory sticks.On 18th May 2014 I received a response from Jonathan stating that the address I'd provided was different to the one that the card issuer held. I immediately sen...t across the correct address so that the memory sticks could be sent out.On 12th April 2014 I sent a follow-up email as I had not received the memory sticks.On 15th April 2014 I received a response from Jonathan stating that an email had been sent to me (I can find no record of this) stating that the memory sticks I had requested were out of stock, but that I could be supplied with 2x pcs-6400 memory for the same price. I was asked to supply my laptop model number to ensure compatibility.On18th April 2014 I replied to state that I had not received the earlier email it was claimed was sent, and that I would accept the 2x pcs-6400 memory providing it was compatible with a HP DV6680ea laptop.On 28th April 2014, I sent a follow-up response as I had not heard anything back.On 28th April 2014 I received a response from Jonathan stating that my earlier response had been missed and that the parts would be sent out as soon as possible that day.On 6th May 2014 I sent a follow-up email to confirm that the order had been despatched as promised. (NO RESPONSE RECEIVED).On 17th May 2014 I sent a follow-up email to confirm that the order had been despatched as promised and stating that due to the unreasonable delay I would be requiring a full refund if they were not received shortly. (NO RESPONSE RECEIVED).On 23rd May 2014 I sent a follow-up email to formally request a refund. (NO RESPONSE RECEIVED).To summarise, I placed an order 2.5 months ago and have still not received what was requested. I have chased on several occasions and latterly, have not received a response. This is unacceptable and I now formally requested a full refund for the payment made for goods which have not been received. I demonstrated patience with their order process and understand that mistakes can happen and emails can be missed, however the wait and lack of communication is unacceptable. Read more Less
