      Ordered a pet stroller thru Rakuten which was being fulfilled by Entirely Pets. Apparently, the Rakuten web page had error and the item being advertised (and which I purchased) was not what Entirely Pets had in mind. Not only did they fail to tell me...this...but when I called to inquire the order status, the customer support person was very rude and condescending.       We ordered a medication twice that requires to be kept at a cold controlled room temperature and they shipped it threw standard or 2 day shipping with usps with no cold packs where it would spend hours or days in high temperatures we did not think an...ything of it at first and gave one dose to our cat causing the cat to be violently ill and behave like had food poisoning. took many close to 10 phone calls to get the order reshipped with ice packs and about a week of trying. THe second order we Paid extra for there to be ice packs with the order and they refused to put them in because they feel not necessary ignoring the 95+ temperatures outside and it is to be kept cool. and kept the extra money that paid for ice pack they refused to add Read more Less

      They sent and charged me for an item which they claimed I signed up for "auto ship". I called them up and told them I never ever signed up for autoship. they told me to bring item to UPS store which I did the day after I received item.       They are awful, lie, are deceitful and I will never order from them again. ON the front page they have an order tracking tab, which for me is very important because it is an international shipment and on the shipping confrmation email I received they...gave me a tracking number. Should work, right? Well, sadly, no. A few weeks after placing the order decided to try the tracking to see when I should expect to receive the order, tracking number didn´t work. I did the email thing - we will look into it, and the was told because it was an international shipment it was untrackable - I was like, WHAT? 110$ later and this? so I tried the live chat and same deal 3 times until the last guy told me that they don´t offer tracking and I actually had to point out that on their own webpage they do actually offer tracking - these people are completely ridiculous and the company is not reliable - I will NEVER order from them again and have 2 words for them - SOCIAL MEDIA....."       cat had bad reaction to product

      Contacted EntirelyPets about the problem, only gave store credit for open pkg. Will refund unopened pkg, but you have to pay to return, which was 1/2 the price of flea collar, plus the cost of gas to get it to the post office. Cat was shaking and fal...ling over, bathed quickly, vet was already closed, observed to make sure we didn't have to go to the ERV. I was still very shaken when I called them, they were cold and indifferent to the situation. I understood they had given me a returned number for shipping back the collar, most companies offer to send you a shipping label, I find out they had not, and would not do so. You would think that a company selling a product that caused an animal to have a reaction would show at least a little concern and be more accommodating, I don't feel they stand behind their products and am concerned with what would be done or NOT done had my cat died, I will not use this company ever again.       Most incompetent company I have ever dealt with. I placed an order 2/28. On 3/19, I contacted them. My whole order was on hold for 3 backordered items. I was told they could send the available items for an additional 3.00 charge. I said OK because I ...needed them for Easter. I STILL have not received my items (4/22), despite several phone calls. And I just got my credit card bill, and the SOBs charged me! Never again will I order from these bozos. Read more Less

      Products arrived as stated, with correct pricing and was well packaged. However, was not shipped USPS as promised but by a USPS partner so package was held for ransom for an additional 18$ COD charge (in addition to the 12$ USPS COD charge). Asked fo...r a supervisor - was told one would call me back (twice) or one wasn't available (twice). One of their customer support agents stated I should have refused to pay the additional COD charges - despite their fine print stating that refused shipments will not be refunded. No supervisor ever phoned or addressed the overcharge on 4 separate phone calls and days. Two of the four customer service agents were also rude.       It was time to get flea/tick treatment for my pets. I bought the treatment once at my vet's office when we first adopted the shelter dog. The next time I bought it at the 'Pet...' store and saved a few bucks, and then online saving a little more. ...I started shopping around, feeling that there had to be a better deal than what I was getting from my usual mail-order place. I ran across EntirelyPets during the search. With coupon codes, their price was lower. They really do have the best deal with the coupon codes. Without the coupons, you can get a better deal elsewhere.Shipping was immediate and I received the package a few days after ordering.Ordering from EntirelyPets is easy. Using coupon codes is easy and the system will let you know if it the code is invalid.       Don't do business with them. They don't answer emails or pick up the customer service chat message. Ordered a retractable leash from them 11/16/12. Never received an order update to my email address. I had to go to the website they have to track the ...item. The item is discontinued/unavailable and they still have not notified me of this via email (12/6/12). I'm looking for a refund since they charged my credit card without having shipped the item. My credit card was charged on 11/16, when I placed the order. I contacted customer service twice and two weeks later I got this form letter via email from "Nelson" that they are looking into the matter. What a ripoff. I have all documentation to prove my contact with them and payment and that the item was discontinued. AVOID! Read more Less
