I received a note that one of the items that I ordered was not available. I did not receive it but was billed. These people are not merchants they are theives.
I receive damaged item (the box was in perfect condition but the item inside was crashed - very strange) They want me to send them back damage item and but I have to pay for shipment! That's ridiculous!

Website is a little quirky; can be hard to find what I am looking for.More and more, once I find an item, description is missing or is too generic to be helpful (although I think this is mostly due to the manufacturers).Checkout is not very self-expl...anatory, and I wish they offered either Google Checkout or PayPal.Still one of the best of the online vendors for supplements & personal care items. I've never had a problem with these guys in past transactions - until now. VERY disappointed with customer service on this one. Bottom line is I placed an order that was shipped to me (promptly) but was lost in transit. The tracking number clearly...shows this package is officially 10 days past the promised delivery date and is unaccounted for. The shipper has had a tracer out all week with no results. Not my fault or iHealthTree's. My current credit card statement reflects the $275.88 charge for this lost merchandise. iHealthTree has NOT offered to replace this shipment even though it is clear I never received it and expects me to wait until the shipper's final conclusion is given...whenever that is. They didn't even offer a refund! All they offered to do was send me another single unit of the merchandise I ordered - while we wait - and charge my credit card for that too! No way! When I first tried to let them know there was a problem, all I kept getting was a recording saying their offices were closed. I tried emailing (twice!) and they bounced back as undeliverable. Obviously I got thru to them, but I'm so disappointed that I'm still without my stuff and all I've got to show for it is a charge to my credit card. I'll give them today in hopes of a resolution. If I hear nothing, then first thing tomorrow morning, I contact iHealthTree to formally cancel the order, request a refund, dispute the charge with my credit card company and re-order from someone else.
