      Placed an order 12 days ago and watch was supposed to be delivered on the 17th. Four days later I still have not received the watch and have not received a response to my emails sent to Jomashop. Called several times and had to hold for a long time w...hich I understand during the holidays, however, when my call got to number two a recording came on that the call volume was too high and to try back later and then disconnected the call. Called several times and the same thing happened. Tried live chat and that was not available nor did I receive and response to my email.       I bought a watch from this company and looked at for about 10 minutes. The watch was defective and stopped every minute. I called, got RMA and mailed it back via FedEx (which cost extra $$). I never had it sized or even wore it! When they got it back..., they declined the refund saying that the watch has scratches on it and only eligible for repair but need to send the watch to the manufacturer because Jomashop has no parts. This is not even possible since I never even wore the watch. I called and spoke to a manager and explained to him that the watch was never worn and came defective. He said that there was nothing he could do to help me and that after repair(another 8-10 weeks) they were going to ship the watch back to me. I will refuse the package when it arrives and am disputing the charge. The funny thing is that I was looking at another watch from Jomashop but now I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS with this company again and am recommending that you don't either." Read more Less

      It took them 6 days to notify me the order I placed is out of stock and can't be full-filled, which in my opinion is beyond unacceptable. I ordered my husband's Christmas present on Cyber Monday, November 30th, when all of the great deals were going ...and received an e-mail on December 6th stating the item I ordered isn't in stock. They were kind enough to give me a $10 coupon for my next order with them, but that doesn't help at all. The item I ordered is now FULL PRICE at every store, I guess that's what I get for trying to save $15 with this company.....Buyer beware, especially if you are purchasing a gift for someone from this website.       Went to purchase a watch from Jomashop.com during their cyber week sale and the price of the watch went up $570 once I put it in my cart and went to submit my payment info. I'm glad that I double checked the price before I sent my credit card info! I...called and spoke to a supervisor, Roy, who wouldn't honor the price even though online it said the price was good for another day. I will buy my watches from a dealer with some integrity.       purchased a Hublot Unico from Jomashop. Site said they had it in stock but finally they didn't so it took 2-3 mores days to ship. When i received the watch i immediately notice that the bracelet was too small even after adjusting it. I sent a email t...o JOMASHOP , they sent a generic reply "We do not have extra links to add to the bracelet however you can contact a local jeweler to purchase more links if you would like".... euhh.. it's a rubber bracelet there are no links !!.... then it continued until i just abandoned the issue. SO warning.. they DO NOT give any service or support for any purchases like your local HUBLOT dealer would. ... you are just a transaction." Read more Less

      No service after the sale.I purchased my watch August 17 and September 17 the band clasp broke. I have not been able to speak to anyone at Jomashop and they will not respond to the three service requests I made on their website.So my beautiful watch ...sits on the counter instead of on my wrist!       I purchased a Citizen Eco-Auto watch. I could not set the time or calendar. I sent it back at my cost and asked for a replacement watch. They refunded my original cost, but not the shipping. I know they never bother to check the watch, because they d...id not know about the replacement letter I sent in the return, but they did say there was nothing wrong with the watch which is not true.       I would recommend that they do not allow customers to purchase items that are already sold out. If this is not preventable, it would be great if customers will be notified if their purchase is no longer available. Customers should not be following up.... Read more Less
