Order was shipped and received on time. The watch was exactly what was shown on the website.Very happy with my purchase.When I received the watch, the warranty card came with specific directions to go online and register my watch. When I visited the ...URL mentioned on the card (http:/ / warranty.jomashop.com) it did not show any links to register my watch. So I called. I waited for maybe a minute or two before a rep picked up the phone. So far so good. While I registered my watch almost instantaneously with the rep and while the service was efficient, there was a personal touch missing. The operator was not necessarily rude, but just seemed like she was doing me a favor by being on the phone. I have read many reviews that have mentioned below par customer service for Jomashop. It wasn't necessarily bad in my experience but then it wasn't necessarily good either.Jomashop, I think you guys are great and I am very happy with the purchase. Item was defective on arrival. Item was sent back for repair and revaluation which took almost 4 weeks. By the time item came back, I could not return anymore because time limit had exceeded the duration for full refund (1 month). Item was purchas...ed with a $100 coupon gift card, which was never sent to till date. I have not received till date (item purchased in dec 2014, its Mar 2015 now)Customer care has long wait times and customer relations is below average. In my experience, associate was very rude, demeaning and talked to me with skepticism. Some people have reported good things about jomashop.com, for me, I am very disappointed in their service.
