      They Used To Be Great!!!

      I was a firm believer in Doggiefood.com for years. Would tell everyone what a great place it was to buy dog food. Now they have gone AWOL. Charged my last order, never sent it, could not be reached by phone, would not return emails.Had to file a comp...laint with BBB, also had to file a dispute with the credit card. They owe me $240.00.Does anyone have any info concerning what became of them and our money they confiscated?? Read more Less

      I own a quality Persian and Himalayan Cattery. Please see my review of Doggiefood.com below:I just wanted you all to beware of doggiefood.com and that I no longer recommend it as a company to get your cat and dog food from. You ask why? I do not reco...mmend them for the fact that they do not stand behind the food they sale. On Sept 5, 2015, I ordered 9 each of the 15.4 bags of EVO Turkey and Chicken Cat and Kitten dry food. One bag had a shorter expiration date than the others did. I opened that bag this week to start using it and found that it was 50% broken down kibble dust. My call to the Customer Service Department at Doggiefood.com was not pleasant due to the fact that they would not stand behind the product they sold me. The man I spoke to on the other end was, in my opinion, belligerent to me. He even at one point said we had a mutual beneficial relationship since I got 25% off on their sale. Unbelievable. All I was asking for was a replacement bag for the defective bag since my cats are refusing to eat the dust. I would not eat the dust if I was a cat. The Customer Service Rep was not willing to replace the bag themselves even though I bought it from them. He said he wanted pictures of the product and product code and then he would go higher up at Doggiefood and then talk to EVO. I didn't have a problem with sending the pictures. I had a problem with the attitude and poor Customer Service. From my understanding, if anywhere along the line at Doggiefood.com or EVO, someone said "no" to replacing my bag, I would not be getting a replacement bag for the defective bag. Now, how is that for Customer Service. Any way, buyer beware. I don't know if I will ever get a replacement bag, but one thing I do know, I will never again recommend them to buy anything from.       "I ordered 2 times from this company and received my dog food quickly and for a really good price. The second time I added another product from Honest Kitchen and didn't get it, only the dog food came. I emailed and called over and over with no answe...r and the one time they answered the phone just gave me some line about they would contact the shipper and find out where it is and send me a tracking number. NOTHING ever again came from them. I had to open a case with PayPal to get my money back and 30 days later I finally have my refund. Ridiculous customer service. Now they raised the dog food $15 dollars all of a sudden. hmmm..." Read more Less

      STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

      I've been buying Taste of the Wild canned dog food on line for some time because it's been unavailable lately. Usually I buy from Chewy (since Fall of 2014), and the cases I've ordered have always, without fail, arrived in perfect condition within a ...few days. I trust them implicitly.Recently they too were having trouble obtaining this product and I looked around on line, found it at DoggieFood.com: NEVER GO THERE! A month after I had placed three orders, nothing. Two of my three orders didn't even show up on their website, and when tracked down, they told me they were "back ordered"! They said they'd refund two of the orders, but the third had just come in and had been shipped the day before. We finally did get the refund...a week and a half and four phone calls after promised, only to find out the order that had supposedly been shipped hadn't been! They're refunding, but I'm not waiting, I went straight to Chewy and ordered it there today, knowing it will be here in a few days. I will never stray again... CHEWY IS GREAT!!! Read more Less

      Placed my order and doggiefood.com and they only shipped part of my order and charged me for the full order. Upon looking at the better business bureau this is the same complaints of many. Numerous complaints. I have emailed to Doggiefood.com with no...response. Read more Less

      Poor Service, Customer Service is an Answering Service with no ability to help

      I placed an order from DoggieFood.com for Sojos dog food on July 15th. They indicated the product was in stock and would arrive within 5-7 days. I made numerous attempts to contact them via their customer service phone number only to find out they we...re an answering service and could provide no data or assistance, only take a message and pass it along to the owner. I also sent several emails asking about the status of the order. It's now 15 days later, I have no product, don't know where my order is or if I will even get it but they had no problem accepting full payment the day I placed the order.Will NEVER use this company again.       My wife placed a new customer order with them after I had been buying our Blue products from them for a couple of years.. She placed the order on 6/20/14, they took out the money on 6/21. With no shipping info as of 6/25 I sent a query from their web...site for a status update on the order. their response was that the Tx warehouse was out of the product and it was being processed as of that day (6/25). We also got a "shipping notification" saying FedEx ground but no tracking #..only a modified non traceable "shipping" #. I tried calling and got their answering service stating they were receiving "high call volume". Right.They used to be a good company to order from with good communication and decent ship times but something has gone terribly wrong. We'll be finding another vendor in the future. Read more Less

      Placed my very first order Sunday, 6/15. As of Wednesday 6/18 I had no notification of shipment - sent them an email, no response. Called during open hours and got an answering service who said they're having issues with their phone...another call la...ter said issues with distributors. Their facebook site tells me they're known a long time there are problems yet they don't bother letting you know by posting something on their website, Oh but they do take your money. I suppose now I'll have to file a claim with the credit card company to get it back. HORRIBLE experience. Read more Less

      Placed online order on 05.25.2014. Called on 27th to verify order and they promised I would receive my order this week. Well today is Saturday the 31st and no delivery. Logged into my Fedex Insight Account and NO Shipments are even in the system from...doggiefood.com. They are liars and scammers and if you order from them you just might be STUPID. Don't do it! If you do order from them you will regret it, I promise. Take my advice and shop elsewhere. There are many more reputable pet food distributors that are legit and won't steal from you. I will continue to do all that I can to help shut this so-called company DOWN. Liars & Thieves they are! STAY AWAY!!!!! Read more Less
