      Ordered 4 TPMS worth $179 for my car on Monday and got the package on Wednesday. Price was good and shipping was quick. But to my surprise they shipped the wrong parts. They sent me wheel bearing retainer clip worth $12.24. I called the customer serv...ice line 4 times and they are always too busy so you have to leave a number and they never call you back. Wouldn't send me the correct part until the part I have is sent back. #$%$ poor customer service, even got a hold of the manager who was no help....never again..stay away....” Read more Less

      (1/23/15) This is an update to my previous review: Ordered on 1/13/15 and was told by phone sales rep and email confirmation the est. ship date was 1/15 and when I called to get tracking in on 1/15, I was told that this item is a "Manufactured Item" ...and it always take 5 to 7 days to ship out and ship out date was changed to 1/21. I called on 1/21 to get tracking info and the est. shipping date was changed again to 2/9/15. I don't understand how these people stay in business....probably launch a new website whenever business stops receiving orders. By the way, ONYX Enterprises (www.onyxenterprises.com) is the main company.Do not spend your hard earned money with these idiots!! Read more Less

      Ordered 4 shocks, more than a month later received 3, nobody answer the phone, or contact you by email. Already paid for 4. Very poor service I strongly recommend not to do business with this people.

      Just Horrible...worse than the worst eBayer!! I placed an order over the phone, because the website shows one picture in the description and a different picture when I added the item to the online shopping cart. The customer rep tells me that the ite...m should ship out within 2-3 days and I also got an email stating that the estimated ship date is on 1/15/15 (2 days after order date 1/13). I called on Friday because I did not get a tracking number and the customer rep tells me they are a drop-ship company and will have to call the manufacturer...after several minutes on hold, I was told he could not ahold of the manufacturer and that he would send me an email with an update...which I never got. I called the following Monday and they tell me that it's a "Manufactured product" and it takes 5-7 days to ship-out and it will not ship until 1/21/15 from Mexico, not California where they originally stated the item will ship from. Then I asked to speak to the manager who basically called me a liar, because their service reps are trained properly and would not have told me it would have ship out in 2-3 days, because it's a "Manufactured Item" and that the email I received is an automated email, which goes out for all orders. Am I suppose to decipher through what the service rep tells me (will ship out of California within 2-3 days) and the automated email which corresponds with what the service rep told me? The conversation with the manager ended becoming an argument where he gave me a choice of cancelling my order or order something else, if I didn't want to wait for the item to ship. After reading the reviews online, it seems that this behavior is common with this company...If I had known this, I would have never spent money with this company.       Absolutely WORST place to do business with. Parts I ordered showed to be in stock and website said would ship within 24 hrs. 10 days go by and I have nothing. So I call and get some foreigner that I can barely understand telling me sorry they are exp...ected to ship 30 days from now. Are you freaking kidding me. Then when I ask about a refund he tells me it will take about a week for me to actually see the money back in my account. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM EVER AGAIN AND WILL BAD MOUTH THEM EVERY CHANCE I GET. Read more Less

      I ordered a part and then attempted to contact the company the next morning upon discovering an issue with the order, call after call, then email after email all went un-responded to. Finally after sitting on hold for 40 min got someone one the phone..., then put on hold for another 20 mins just to get nothing accomplished other than canceling the order, the second time I called in to have the order canceled I did get a cancelation confirmation from Jonida Hermoso in customer service. Approx 48 hours later they charged my card anyways so I emailed them waiting for 2 more days for a response and then attempted to call again. Almost 30 minutes on hold nothing and no replies to my emails sent this day also. Stay and away and avoid frustration Read more Less

      "ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PRODUCT AND SERVICE OF ANY COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I SURE HOPE NO ONE ELSE GETS SUCKED INTO THEIR LIES AND WORTHLESS PRODUCTS. THE EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. The seat covers didn't fit, the...y refused to return the product. They refused to return my calls, they were extremely rude in their phone calls and emails.       Worst Experience Ever!

      "Their customer service is s***, half of their reps cannot even talk proper English. They have a location in City of Industry California which is about 20 miles away from me, and it takes them 3 to 5 business days to actually ship out the merchandise...!!!! talk about ridiculous!! I first ordered a pair of Projector headlights for my coupe. Using the bill me later payment option which makes life sooo easy! luckily i got them to price match. However i needed them to ship out same day so that i would receive it before i left town. The rep said he would have to charge me "extra for expedited shipping" ... why on earth would he try and charge me extra for shipping???; but of course to make their money back on the price match! my shipping address is 20 miles away from them !!! if they were to ship UPS Ground i would receive it the next business day!! these people are #$%$!!! they over price all their products!! nothing is special about them. you can find better deals and better customer service from other car mod websites. Any way. i disregarded the separate invoice to pay for unnecessary expedited shipping and revived my headlights the next day. Im sure they caught up to my ignoring their shipping invoice because now that i am trying to buy some rotors & pads for my coupe, they wont bother emailing me back. i placed the order and confirmed payment 4/7/14. they told me the item was in stock and they would ship out asap. i emailed a rep to follow up on the order to see if it was shipped and he tells me the item wont ship until Friday 04/11/14 If in item is in stock why the f*** would it take 5 days to ship out. they try and bulls*** you and tell you that they are currently "busy" and have many many orders, but in reality THEY DO NOT HAVE THE ITEM IN STOCK. they are the middlemen, they have to wait to receive the item from the actual manufacturer. which can take as long as months!! they dont care to give you this information however because they want their MONEY!
