I have so many issues with the company is ridiculous. I made my purchase on 09/06/16 and my first issue was my delivery date was pushed back to about a week further than I was told. My next issue was when I received my package UPS knocked on the door...and immediately jumped back in the truck. I didn't even sign for it. When I unwrapped the package I noticed a tear on the top of the chair. I immediately called the company and was given the run around since then. I sent pictures of everything and I am being accused of damaging the chair. I talked to a manager named Kevin that told me my chair would be replaced at no cost to me and that promise has yet been made. I was also told a claim will be filed through UPS and I called UPS told and the company lied again they never filed a claim.The company showed no empathy to what happened every time I call each representative is unapologetic and I keep getting the run around. I cannot attest to the product yet as I have not received it. Today is 9/27/2016. I placed my order 9/05/2016. My financing clock started on 9/09/2016....When I inquired as to the status on 4 separate occasions I received vague answers and an outrigh...t lie.Now the transport company they chose and handed it over to called on Friday for a Tuesday delivery. Today is Tuesday. I had not heard anything so I called back the transport company. They did not have me on the manifest for Tuesday, they had me for Thursday!!! I tried to return the item as per the policy and it has been a very painful process. They are breaking their promises and are now a...ttempting to extort me in my opinion. Took 2 months to ship couch.Delivery crew signed "on my behalf" when I wasn't home.Product was missing parts and severely damaged.Followed instructions to file complaint, but faulty system prevented me.Called and got push back saying I didn't file a ...complaint.They asked for pictures of damage.I sent pictures of damage.They said we could return it.Checked on status, they said claim didn't go through.Reneged on acknowledgement of damage, asked for more pictures.Said we signed for delivery, refused return.Told them to have the delivery company produce my signature, I never signed.They pushed back.I pushed harder.It's now 6 months since our purchase.They say they will take return if we pay shipping.I say, no way, I already paid for shipping for a whole couch and I'm still waiting for one.They said sorry, then no return, our insurance won't cover.I said, too bad, don't care. Give me my money, or send me my couch.They stopped respondingI threatened legal actionThey said they'd pay half of shipping.I said, what are you, crazy and crooked? No. I'm not paying you a dime.They said no return. Stopped responding.I sent info on the Consumer Rights act, giving specific date when they could expect legal action.They said ok, we'll send you a return number.
