      I ordered a Bosch 800 series SS dishwasher and a LG LFX3295ST Fridge. loving the amazing deal I got. I have had both items for a year. Customer service is AMAZING!       I am not sure how a company like this can remain in business, as someone in sales and marketing I am shocked at how bad and deceitful this company is. I ordered a $1619 TV set from them. The item was dropped off and having worked when it was delivere...d with no choice of dates to receive it I set it up 2 days later only to find the screen was destroyed when it was plugged in. I called the next day and followed their requests for pictures and the like, they finally agreed to send me another TV that wasnt broken but claimed my 71 year old mother signed and opened it to only break it. They brought the next TV and I made it a point to open it with the drivers there and amazingly enough this too was broken. The drivers made a point to tell me the shipping area is bad and "stuff breaks all the time". I kept the original TV and sent them back with the replacement which was also broken. I called the following day and they tried to order me yet a 3rd but decided they couldnt find one so I paid $100 to upgrade to a different TV. 2 weeks passed with no contact about when it would be delivered so when I called they said they assumed it had arrived. I then decided enough was enough, I wanted them to just come and remove the TV and since I had my money back from my dispute with my credit card company they would be happy to do it. A man named Calvin who is a manager there promised me they would come and pick it up and we would be clear. I had no trouble letting them keep a $75 fee I paid on the second TV as a delivery charge to get this out and let me done with it. 2 more weeks pass and no one from the shipping company has contacted me, I then call back AC and they said well we wont do anything until the dispute is over, apparently the money my card took back got recharged and now they were paid so they didnt have to come get it. I couldnt talk to Calvin all day, he wouldnt call or help me out, news for him is my card has taken the money back and this is going into an arbitration phase. This is a sad set of circumstances, they sure couldnt let me know what was going on ever but they did know when they got their money back. I am telling any of you reading this review to not do business with them, they are liars, they are deceitful and will scam you at any chance they can. I went overboard to try and make it work with them giving them multiple opportunities to make it right and they have left me in the wind. If you do business with them assume they will treat you as they treated me and so many people on here: terribly. I made the mistake of not checking the BBB on them and should have, its a list of 340+ complaints on them, be WARNED this company is awful. Even the 1 person (Tyiesha) whom I thought was helping me must have been put in her place to not help me any further. Read more Less

      Thanks very much to customer service for helping with my online order that had a problem* and to co-ordinate with the moving company to further delay my shipment as I moved to my new location - this was of immense help! My online account creation was...a problem (the only reason it wasn't five stars), but they followed up very quickly when emailed (five stars!). My calls resulted in first time resolutions (five stars!). The shipment was delivered as scheduled. Thanks to Ray Dixon for going the extra mile to research further regarding parts accessories. Although AC doesn't sell the particular accessory, Rays' extra customer care made service at Appliance Connection an excellent experience.       Do not order from this company. I thought I was getting a great deal. Yes, the price was cheaper BUT they said item was IN STOCK and QUICK SHIP. What a bunch of BS! I ordered on February 28th.       I purchased in item from this company and kept receiving emails that it would be shipping out on such and such date. This date would keep being pushed back 1 week and then other week. I waited for 3 weeks before calling the company. A rep told be on ...week 3 the item was expected to be at their warehouse that day or the next. I waited another week and never heard anything on the item. I called on week 4 and was told the same thing as week 3. I decided to cancel my purchase since I was able to get it from another company I had used many times before and I trusted. Yes I had to pay 60 some odd dollars more. But I no longer trusted AppliancesConnections reps any more and did not want to deal with people that blatantly lied. When I cancelled my purchase the rep told me the product was definitely coming on that Friday and that it would get to me that following week despite the company's expected delivery timeframe of 7-10days. The guy was clearly promising something that was not actually going to happen. I said I wanted to cancel and asked if my credit card had been charged. He said no it hadn't and HUNG UP the phone.       I bought the LG Washer just two weeks ago. It does not wash right. For the blank top portion never get cleaned and fabric softer stayed as is. I called the LG company and LG asked me to call Appliances Connect to resolve the issue. Basically the issu...e is that the product do not have the capacity to clean any blanket or comforter right. Since it can never reach the top of the things that should be washed. Blanket or comforter comes out with fabric softer on top without cleaning right. I have called Appliance Connection and spoke with a service person named Andy. I have complaint what happened to the comforter and he told me "why don't you go to the laundry met and wash it?" I told him the only reason I bought 5.2 cubic feet washer is not to go to the laundry met. Later he told me "why don't you throw away the comforter and buy the new one?" This is very outrageous. It made me so upset. I do not know what kind of day he is having but there is no way that he should say those kind of things. Appliance Connection told me that there is nothing they can do.       Horrible Experience! Don't ever buy anything from this company. I placed an internet order for an LG fridge from Appliances Connection on 2/20/2015. I received confirmation and a tracking #. Next, I received an email from AM Home Delivery on 2/27/201...5 that my order would be delivered on 3/3/2015. I was going to be out of town that day, so I asked for the deliver to be rescheduled on or after 3/5/2015. I received an email saying that they had no more deliveries on my route that week and they would let me know when they could deliver my order. After a few more emails back and forth and fruitless calls that resulted in endless "hold and listen to muzak" I finally received a call and an email with a confirmed delivery date of 3/12/15 between 4-8 pm. I cancelled my regular class for the night and waited anxiously for the delivery truck to arrive....however, no truck and no phone calls explaining the no-show. Several more fruitless phone calls and emails later, I received another phone call promising delivery today , 3/19/15, between 11 am and 3pm. Its past 4 pm now, and again, no truck and no explanation of the no-show. I opened various "tickets" with Appliances Connection, but just got the run-around, with promises of delivery "soon." I buy various sized products online every week, and the majority of them get delivered on time or reasonably close to promised delivery time. Generally its easy to get explanations and even apologies from customer service in cases of delayed delivery. However, dealing with Appliances Connection and AM Home Delivery & Trucking has to be the worst experience I have encountered with an internet purchase. If I could give them negative stars, I would rate them a minus 5 !!! Read more Less

      I really tried to like this company but they failed me miserably. In mid-February I ordered a Kitchenaid Convection Microwave. The ordering process was a snap and I thought WOW nice process. Well, then things came off the rails. The microwave took a ...week to get across country. No big deal. The delivery company calls and arranged to deliver and install it. So far so good. The delivery company shows up on time. Nice touch. The delivery company looks in the back of the truck for the microwave. OOPS...it's not on the truck. Called AC and they advised they would waive installation fee and get me the microwave. I agreed. A week later I get an automated message from the delivery company that they had attempted delivery. No one called and as such the guard wouldn't let them in. Shame on them. So I rescheduled yet again. Finally, two weeks later the unit arrives and the guys are ready to install it. OOPS...the unit is badly damaged. I was advised by the delivery company to refuse delivery and open a claim. So, off I go to call AC. At this point, I simply asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. AC rep advised they would look into it and get back to me. I advised them that resolution needs to occur by a certain date or I will call the credit card company and dispute the charge. AC advises me they will take care of the problem. Two days later I get a call from delivery company advising they can deliver the next day. I capitulate and take the day off, notify the guards, and wait. Delivery company is again very timely, however, they attempted delivery of the same damaged unit that I had refused earlier. I wonder if they thought I wouldn't notice the HUGE DENT in the unit. Obviously, I refused delivery again and called AC. Was asked if I wanted another unit shipped. I declined and again asked for a refund. I was first told yes then placed on hold. After the hold, the same rep advised that they would look into the situation after I asked for confirmation of the refund via email. At this point I realized they had no intention of refunding my money and would string me along until I allowed them to send another unit. I hung up, called my financial institution and disputed the charge. I will NEVER do business with this firm again and I would caution you to be very, very certain you're willing to put up with these hooligans. Read more Less
