      Last year we purchased a grandson's pendent for our grandson. He absolutely loved it and wore it constantly. One of the stones fell out so we contacted customer service to ask how we could get it replaced. We were sent instructions on how to return i...t with the understanding we wanted a new one. Some months later a refund showed up on my credit card. I called customer service again to let them know we wanted a NEW pendent, not a refund. Months later I receive an email saying we are going to be billed for another pendent, but had not received a pendent. Today I called them to ask what happened, they said they tried billing my former credit card and it was rejected (so I figure they assumed we were just deadbeats) - no one ever CALLED me. Since getting this pendent we received advertisements in the mail practically daily and my email inbox is over-flowing -- this they can do, but they some how are unable to put in a call to get this order taken care of.       Bought a very expensive Spirit Of.... Watch, the battery of which has died. No jewellers can get the back off to replace the battery, as they say it feels welded on and every reply from Customer Service asking for advice says we can't do anything - t...ake it to a jewellers (how many am I supposed to try!?). They will not even give the manufacturers info to ask their advice. Totally exhasperating and watch useless now. Would not give them any stars as a rating, but this will not let me send without them.       June 2012 i ordered a lambretta die cast model. March 2013 i finally received it! They have taken money from my account when im not in a financial postion to pay anymore! I sent numerous emails requesting to know where my item was, they never got bac...k to me! I have now got endless bank charges as they never gave prior warning the item was ready (nearly a year later) and the only thing they will offer me is a full refund if i return the item!       AVOID like the plague. The cashed a cheque 30 th Nov 2012. But did not receive item. I enquired, but all I got was apologies for delay. Eventually I threatened to take it further if I did not get my money back. They told me it would be estimated Marc...h to receive. I reminded them about my refund, and warning them that as well as poor service, they have broken long distance selling act. Eventually I got my cheque. But today I found I could not cash it at my Building Society. So I am STILL out of pocket. Another letter is on their way about this cheque to The Bradford Exchange, with photocopy that my building society did to show why they could not accept it. I look forward to hearing from Trading Standards who I have wrote to not so long ago, so I can tell them about this latest incident. Read more Less

      I have sent 3 e/mails to them in the past week, They have returned a recipt for each one, saying that they would reply IN ONE DAY. Needless to say not one reply received, I do not believe they know what CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS. JR

      The Thomas Kinkade collection of glass bowls, are plastic. Don't buy from Bradford Exchange. They are crooks.

      I ordered 2 boxes of Personal Checks from the Bradford Exchange along with matching return address labels on 3/9/2012. The system repeatedly urged me to pay an additional $10 for Secure Ship and advertised FREE PRIORITY MAIL with Secure Ship which wo...uld guarantee 3-5 business days for shipping. As I said I ordered them on 3/9/2012. I JUST received the checks YESTERDAY 3/29/2012 and still have not received the Address Labels. 18 business days (including Saturday's) and an incomplete order shipment (no address labels) is UNACCEPTABLE when I paid the extra $$ for secure ship and priority mail!!! I called their customer care center (# provided on website) and waited on hold for 25 minutes only to get someone on the phone saying I had reached the collectibles dept and she could not assist me. After being transferred and waiting on hold again (for another 15 minutes this time = 40 mins of my day spent trying to resolve this) a very rude and impatient woman came on the line insisting that the checks were not actually shipped until Friday, 3/23 so the 4 business days it took (not including Saturday's) was within the secure ship / priority mail guarantee. I said that 14 days in printing was also unacceptable and should be more clearly defined in the checkout process. I suggested it would be good business ethics to refund the extra $$ I paid for secure ship / priority mail and she refused.
