    I ordered a comforter over three weeks ago and have not received product. The quoted ship time was 2-3 weeks. That's not the problem. I have emailed them twice and repeatedly tried to call both their local and 800 telephone number. I have heard nothi...ng from them and both numbers act like they are disconnected. The good news is that my Paypal account hasn't been dinged. The bad news is that I don't know if I'm going to get what I ordered or not. The total lack of communication is reason enough to avoid this internet seller. Buyer beware. Read more Less

    I've dealt with this company in the past with no problems. However, here it is a month after I placed my order and still no mattress pad. I emailed the company and got no response.     Product said was available now and I payed for fast shipping. Called store and left message but no answer. Sent email but got no response. Product was never delivered.     Good communication. Items,silk sheets, were beautiful and very comfortable.Good follow-up with customer service. Great experience with on-line purchase. Very easy to pick out item and finish purchase.

    This is the worst web store I have ever dealt with! Their site said it would take 3 to 8 days for delivery, and it has been 2 weeks and still nothing has been delivered. I have called their customer service numbers several times and they are disconne...cted. I have emailed them and have not heard back. Their tracking mechanism shows nothing on my order. I spent nearly $100 on this order, and now I'm wondering if they took my money and have closed shop. I called my credit card company and they are conducting an investigation. Read more Less

    It has been over two weeks and I still have not received my order. I did try to contact the company, but did not get a reply. I have been charged for the product that I ordered. This is begining to feel like a scam.

    When ordered it said delivery in 2-3 weeks, its been 3 weeks and still no pillows. Why does it take so long? Why couldnt I pay for expedited shipping?
