      STAY AWAY from bluefly.com. DISHONEST, SLOW and the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

      I wished I read the reviews online. The website and Customer Service is terrible and dishonest. 1. I place an order a few days ago. They described item will be shipped in 24 hours and I also confirmed that with Customer Service. Now days passed the o...rder is still processing.2. I'm an international shopper. I was charged shipping cost and prepaid duties and taxes. Bluefly charge me $26.08 on shipping and $329.91 on duties and taxes. After I checked with the Customs in my country and confirmed an valued $1695 package will be charged $210. Bluefly overcharge closed to $120. I did a online chat with the Customer Service. They said it might be a part on shipping cost and CANNOT give me details. YES, they have charged $26.08 shipping cost BUT there's another shipping charge behind "duties and taxes". 3. I sent payment with 10 minutes. bluefly did not ship item in time as prmised, but they do not allow buyer to ask for cancellation. The Estimated Delivery Date is 16 days!!!!!!! Can anyone image the estimated delivery when you paid $350+ on shipping and duties and taxes are prepaid. Other shopping sites in EU deliver items WITHIN 3 Business days. BLUEFLY EVEN NOT prepare sipping in 3 days. BLUEFLY is the worst shopping site ever IMHO. Stay away from them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read more Less

      Knock-Off Suit

      Purchased a suit which recently ripped beyond repair in the seat of the pants. I took it to a tailor to have it repaired and was informed that the suit was a knock-off. I brought the suit to Nordstrom for a second opinion and was given the same respo...nse. While I was there, I felt the fabric of an authentic Zegna suit, and there was a huge difference. I relied on bluefly's expertise to verify the authenticity of goods it purchases from its third party retailers and was really disappointed to learn that the suit was not authentic. Read more Less

      As far as online shopping goes, you can do way better than this. With all the other retailers (6pm, ebags, zappos) offering free shipping AND free returns, there is no reason to waste your time and money with this company. Even most department stores...offer free returns. There are many sites that offer shop runner which lets you get free two day shipping from a multitude of retailers. I am now on the 8th day of waiting for my shipment. They were great in e.mailing within 24 hours of my order being completed. They told me my order was on the way. I had no idea they were sending it via wagon train! Just ridiculous to be waiting 8 days for any item that I had to pay 7.95 to have shipped to me. I refuse to do business with any retailer that not only makes money on their merchandise but also on their shipping......adios bluefly! Read more Less

      Worst Customer service ever

      As much as I have enjoyed the Bluefly savings, I would never shop here again and suggest you do not either. I had a credit for a return and purchased an emerald green gown. After receiving it in seven days, I had to go out of town. When I got back, I...tried it on and there is a defect. I was a few days past the return window and when I called in, they refused to help me. Not only that, but they were not nice in telling me I basically spent $167 for a dress I would have to take to a tailor to repair. I sent not one, but two emails to their customer service department and have yet to hear back three weeks later. It is great to save money on name brand products but not if the customer service and attitude of the shopping site basically dictates that they do not care about their customers. Buyer beware!       Stay away from this online store, I have purchased a pair of shoes, in order to ensure they fitted me i ordered one sizer bigger yet when i received the shoes they did not fit!! ended up having to return them which cost me $40 AUD. I have returned th...e item the day after I received it to ensure i wouldnt have a problem with refunds considering the item was being shipped rom australia. I received teh item on 21 of march is now the 28th of may and no refund, i contacted them 4 times and got only 1 reply apologising and ensuring me they would expediate my refund, that was 3 weeks ago and still no refund. Judging by other clients feedback I believe this company is defrauding customers and not refunding their money. Prevention is better than remedy, as such dont deal with this online store!!!       Wow, can't believe the horrible reviews. I have ordered from them 3 times and have received the items as specified and in a reasonable time frame (within 5-7 days). No shipping, quality, etc., issues at all. Very happy with their services. Of course,...I've never tried to return anything - I've always kept what I have ordered so I can't comment on their returns process. I am also a U.S. customer so there are no internatinal shipping issues also. I will order from them again! Read more Less

      HORRIBLE! NEVER SHOP HERE

      This is my worst ever online shopping experience. I will never shop here again and I would urge anyone considering it to save yourself the pain. The low prices are NOT WORTH IT! First, my package took many weeks to arrive (in Canada). I had to get a ...special exception to their refund policy which is that they must receive the packing within 21 DAYS OF THE ORDER DATE. The tracking number didn't show up in the DHL system for weeks. I returned the item (with tracking) and never heard from them. Had to phone and email to ask about my refund. 3 weeks later: an email that I'll be getting a refund for the items but not the tax. WHAT?! This saga has been going on since January and its now almost April. RIDICULOUS. And their customer service by email is VERY frustrating. I'll email them and someone will write back with 'I see your issue has already been dealt with.' What?! No one has resolved this yet!Bottom line: NEVER EVER SHOP AT BLUEFLY!!! Read more Less

      This is my worst shopping experience, Never do business with them again. They charged me twice and I did not get my package even the tracking showed delivered. Customer service is helpless with very bad attitude. They always asking me to wait, wait, ...wait and do not believe the package was lost in the process of transit.       This was my first and last experience with Bluefly. I ordered 2 pair of AG jeans with an email discount. I wanted to return them for another size, but with the discount price...this is where the NIGHTMARE began. The customer service rep ATTEMPTED to ...reorder with the discount and ended up charging me 5 times. I was on the phone for 2.5 hours and still did not get the order. Between the INEPT customer service and resolving the multiple charge issues it was weeks. THEN when I did return the original 2 pair of jeans it was over 2 weeks after the jeans reached their warehouse and I had not received my refund. When I called Bluefly I got this condescending jerk of a rep who told me that "Bluefly has been in business 15 years and EVERYONE makes mistakes, blah, bah, blah". When I hung up I filed a claim with my payment source and within 2 days received credit from the payment source. Still NOTHING from Bluefly. I think they are a scam and they float their money, like a Ponzi scheme. They rob Peter to pay Paul. This is why customers don't get refunds. Read more Less

      I bought three sweaters here; one had a hole in the back. I called immediately for a return label and sent the item back the same day I got it. It has now been six weeks since they received the item. I've called three times, and everytime they tell m...e it will take a few more business days. This company has no credibility at this point. I had to open up a dispute with my credit card company, who credited me immediately. I would advise everyone to do that rather than waste time dealing with their syrupy-toned but incompetent customer service reps. Read more Less
